Free Beach Service!!! Saltysundaze at Ocean Villa is a 23-story resort complex. Our 2-bedroom 2 bath unit is on the 3rd floor. Guest can safely cross the street from the parking deck using the enclosed walkover bridge (located on the 3rd floor) without having to wait for elevators. The Master bedroom features a king bed, ample closet space, and a flat screen TV with door leading to the oceanfront balcony. An attached master bath has a toilet, tub/shower, and vanity. The second bedroom features another attached full bathroom, queen bed, full bed, and flat screen smart TV. The resort includes 2 swimming pools (an outdoor and a seasonally heated indoor), hot tub and grilling area. Other amenities include an exercise room, sauna and steam room. The open living room, dining room, and eat at bar boasts everything you need to lounge and dine comfortably during your stay. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals and a double stack washer/dryer is available to keep your linens clean. The second full bath is located along the main hall and also has an entrance from the guest bedroom. As Always SaltySundaze owner direct booking available on the web. Please note that 1 parking pass is included. Additional vehicles will be subject to additional pass fee. Must be 25 and sorry PETS NOT ALLOWED. Beach service Mid-March to Mid-October.

Cold Florida

We enjoyed the accommodations and especially the responsiveness of our host Jeremy Kay. The weather was not conducive to outdoor activities so we had to spend more time inside at the property. Jeremy went out of his way to provide us with an extra space heater to keep the temperature comfortable and when there was a problem with a low battery alarm on one smoke detector he was able to track down an acquaintance that had a step ladder and replacement battery. We really appreciated his concern for our comfort.

The condo looks just like the pictures. It was nice and clean. Great views from the balcony. Would Definitely stay here again.

WOW!!! Love it!!!

This condo is very well kept and in a super convenient location. Enjoyed the pool/hot tub area and the secured access gate allowed for a very short walk to beach. It is quite handy to have the storage closet outside the room for all the beach items. We enjoyed the use of the 2 beach chairs assigned on the beach, even though one of our limited beach days was dampened by rainy weather. I would MOST DEFINITELY stay at Salty Sundaze again!!!!

Family friendly location

We traveled to PCB with family for our daughter’s wedding and this location and property were perfect. We had two grands (3 and 5) and there were books, games, etc for them, as well. We had sufficient room for everyone and great beach views. The host was so accommodating, too! Thank you for making this weekend so easy for us.

Situated between the Grand Lagoon and Pier Park, Ocean Villa has the perfect spot to be in the middle of the action. Walmart is just 1/2 mile away, Hutchison BLVD can be accessed just one block away, and multiple dining options are steps away!

この宿泊施設の特徴

High rise condos and large crowds have become the norm in PCB, but not here! Ocean Villa has just over 100 units and the entire complex is 2 beds, 2 bath. No large crowds and overcrowded pools to deal with. Dislike the elevators and long wait times? You don't even need to use an elevator being on the 3rd floor.
