Welcome to Galveston luxury! Jamaica Beach – Sea la Vie is a designer vacation rental home with breathtaking 3rd row Gulf views, multiple suites, a fireplace, elevator, 4 covered decks and a truly indulgent ground level patio with tropical landscaping, an outdoor TV, hot tub and heated pool.

Nestled in a gated section of Jamaica Beach, Galveston, TX, this exquisite home easily accommodates up to 14 guests who are looking to spend their vacation in true island comfort.

Step inside, and you'll be enchanted by a host of unique touches designed to make your trip one to remember forever. Natural textures, warm white tones, and designer decor exude elegance and sophistication while still being comfortable and inviting.
The open plan takes full advantage of the great Gulf views with walls of windows and carefully positioned furniture. Two large couches and several side chairs allow yout to soak in the views while still staying cozy in front of the gas fireplace. Catch up with your favorite people, choose a movie from several streaming services, or just lounge the afternoon away together.

The kitchen is a chef's paradise, featuring marble counters, abundant storage, stainless steel appliances, custom lighting, and a large island with undercounter seating for 4. The wet bar and coffee bar area provide additional amenities to enhance your stay. To simplify meal preparation, the kitchen is equipped with 2 dishwashers, a drink refrigerator, a stand-alone ice maker, and a warming drawer. The pot filler over the stove adds a bit of ease to your cooking experience – shrimp boil anyone?

The main level offers two bedrooms: one primary suite with a king-sized hanging bed, TV, and en suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower; and a guest suite with 2 pyramid bunks, TV, and charmingly decorated attached full bathroom with a tub & shower combo. Down the hall is a half bath and a laundry with a full-size washer & dryer, utility sink, and ironing board.

Head upstairs via the elevator or stairwell with custom art wall and you’ll find a great sitting area with a sofa, coffee bar, and TV, that offers a cozy space to unwind. Three bedrooms are also tucked away on this level. The primary suite boasts a king-sized bed, TV, private Gulf-facing covered deck, and en suite bathroom with a dual vanity & huge walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead. The other two bedrooms feature king-sized beds and a shared jack-and-jill bathroom.

The luxuries don’t stop when you get outside! This resort-style home boasts four covered decks and an extensive patio area that’s perfect for your group of family & friends. The pool and hot tub, located under the home, offer a shaded private sanctuary for relaxation and cheerful afternoons. PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

Beautiful property!
Loved our stay at Sea La Vie. There were 14 of us and we had plenty of room. It was furnished beautifully and comfortably. The pool was wonderful and we spent a lot of time in it. The elevator was a bonus but it was a little temperamental. Beach was an easy walk. Highly recommend!

Happiness!
All of the bedrooms were amazing and comfortable. The home was equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. We really enjoyed the balconies, hot tub, swinging beds near the pool and Sonos sound system. The furnishings and decor were beautiful and perfectly placed. The elevator was troublesome and difficult to keep it working, but super convenient and useful when working. My only suggestion would be to have better quality paper products (toilet paper, paper towels and add Kleenex) and an appropriate supply based on the number of people staying and length of stay. Also pump hand soaps would be so much better than the tiny bars. Overall, our stay was amazing and we would love to come back again this summer! Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful comfortable home for our family to enjoy time together!

Beautiful Property!
This home was incredible. It is beautifully decorated and had all the things necessary for our stay. It was spacious enough for two adults and 4 boys. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The view was amazing. I do have a few suggestions however. I wasn’t thrilled to find that the top bunks were not made and that I was required to make them myself. I get that bunks are hard to make but paying guests should not be expected to put sheets on the beds. Also, it would have been nice if the outside area was cleaned before guest arrival. The pool was dirty and there was bird droppings all over everything. A good spray down of the deck and furniture would have been nice. The property management did have someone come out and clean the pool for us. Also, I was expecting the pool to be heated as the property description said it was a heated pool. I even emailed to ask prior to renting and was told it was. However, if this pool is in fact heated, the heater is not working. That was a disappointment but the kids did enjoy the hot tub.

excellent house
The house was incredible and was furnished amazingly. The owners thought of every detail. The furniture and decor are amazing as well. There was plenty of room for everyone to socialize upstairs and well as downstairs and having the pool/hotub was a bonus!! The only issue we had throughout our stay was the elevator malfunctioning a few times (however could have been user error lol) but Sand and Sea Maintenace sent someone out each time to immediately fix it. I would highly recommend this property to any large family with kids and elderly family members....we will definitely be back !!!
