Atlantic Beach just made #16 in the list of Top 100 Beaches in the United States, beating out even beaches in Hawaii! Truly a hidden gem, as this part of the island doesn't have public access, beyond a few cars, so it's just folks staying right there. https://www.wect.com/2023/06/21/100-best-beach-towns-us/

This will be a perfect spot to escape city living for a while, come work from the beach, and enjoy the island while it's still warm, but tranquil in the off-season.

This unit is brand new, with construction just completed in August. Full size appliances, access to free washer and dryer, all linens included.

While Boston is technically home base for me, I have always loved the Carolinas, and I'm decidedly a beach girl. So it just made sense to buy a home in a place I loved and would visit often! While this is an investment property for me, I have the flexibility with my work to work from anywhere, I pop down often to enjoy the ocean, away from the hurried pace that is Boston living.
