Great stay!

This house was exactly as described. We especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen is with pots, pans and all the various utensils, as we cooked dinner here nightly. Love that the back of the home faces the mountains so that morning coffees were had in the shade with a beautiful view.

Golf & Pool Time

Great location on the PGA course and lots of pools to choose from when you are ready to relax. We like to cook so it was nice to have the mmmmnecessary necessary utensils. Three bathrooms with showers made it Great for everyone to get ready to go out.

The property is pretty dated - not what was indicated in the listing. The windows in the living room have a tinted film because the sun gets pretty intense there - but it is cloudy and you can’t see out clearly. The air conditioning struggled to cool the master bedroom - which ended up being the hottest room in the house. It was a functional house but doesn’t deserve the 9.6 rating. Maybe it did a few years ago but it’s pretty tired now and needs a serious refresh

Lovely Getaway Spot

This is a great place to stay if you like the La Quinta area. Sitting on the second hole of the Arnold Palmer golf course with a view of the mountains to the west is fantastic. The house is very well equipped for all your needs. Will l definitely stay again if we need a place in the La Quinta area.

Girls Golf Getaway

This place was lovely! Nice accommodations - exactly as advertised. Plenty of kitchen supplies to make our own meals and take lunches on our golf outings. We had a lovely morning walk each day and loved seeing the Big Horn sheep each day on our walks!

PGA tournment stay

the property was perfect for us. it had everything we needed, and the beds were very very comfortable. we didn't need a pool or hot tub. i would return to this property!

Great property and location!

We had a wonderful time at this property! Plenty of room. The piools were nice and it's not everywhere that you have three dozen Big Horn Sheep snacking on the plants around your condo!. The only negative was we couldn't use the garage and the Tv's (especially in the bedrooms) definitely need to be upgraded... Too small to see from the beds Overall though we had a great time and its a beautiful location. Thanks,, Steve.

Golf & Relaxation Stay

The property was very clean from a cleanliness perspective. However, some of the closets and especially the garage area had stored items in it which gave it a cluttered look. Nothing to affect our stay but still worth mentioning. The view from the back patio is the real draw with this property....absolutely beautiful with the golf course and mountain views. Except for the patio area, which is not overly large but very adequate, their is basically no additional backyard. So if you have children their really isn't any additional space for them to unwind. One thing that kept me from giving this property a 5 star rating is that the electrical outlets in the home need replacing. I had noticed another review from 2019 that said the same thing so I was wondering why we had the same issues. You weren't sure if your device was safely plugged in the outlet or not because it fell half out. Another noticeable item is that their are very few hangers in the closets to hang up your clothes. Finally, I was not particularly fond of checkout rules that resulted in credit card charges if not complied with. For example...not turning the thermostat back to 68 degrees when you leave upon checkout. Their were other possible credit card charges for non compliance and while it was very transparent up front, it left a slightly negative impression on me that the management company has to resort to these kind of charges to get their point across. We and the other couple we were traveling with always make sure the house is left the way we find it. But I suppose that is not always the case. In the end I can say that we enjoyed the property quite a lot. Especially eating and playing cards on the back patio. I will also add that the beds were quite comfortable and the 3 bathrooms was very nice as well.

Perfect, rejuvenating stay!!

My family of four had the most relaxing stay at this beautiful PGA West home! There was even more space than the photos captured, and the decor was lovely. The space was immaculate, which was amazing since it’s dog friendly!The beds were very comfy and the strong showers were appreciated. The kitchen was the most well stocked of any rental we’ve had- so much cookware to make full meals and enjoy the peace and quiet of the property. The teens enjoyed the short walk to the pool. The property management was so very responsive and helpful. We were so happy and appreciative that they helped us arrange for some guests to enter the gate so we could host a dinner one evening. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy another fantastic stay!!

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean and well stocked. It was a great size for our family of five. Some areas of the house are a little out dated, but still very nice.

The view is breathtaking!

This is a great place to stay. Close to everything and you can sit on back patio and watch the golf shots. Amazing!

Home on Shoal Creek

The home has a beautiful setting - on a fairway with the mountains in the background. You could never tire of this view. Unfortunately, the home maintenance was certainly not up to iTrip’s 5-Star standards. These were not major, expensive items to correct. For example, we never had any light at the front door in the evening because that light fixture had a totally defective socket. The doorknob on the master bedroom door is inoperable and about to fall off. The guest room TV does not work because of a defective cable box or HDMI cable. About 50% of the electrical outlets are so loose they won’t hold a plug. Shower door in master bath is in need of repair or replacement. We outlined all of these maintenance issues to property management in writing during our first week after arrival hoping several could be corrected before our guests arrived. Not a thing was done so we really question if this is where we want to lease in the future. Quite disappointing. If the owner and property management is committed to correcting these items outlined we would consider renting for three or four weeks next March/April. The own is a good fit for us since it is “pet friendly”. The home is surrounded by several golf courses in the area. Great community for morning walks. Shoal Creek Property

The only thing that went wrong is we were given the wrong code for the lock to get the front door key out of. We finally got a hold of Rosette who was very helpful but it was also very hot out while we were trying to figure this out as well as we had our dog with us.

This home needs some maintenance attention before we would consider returning. Really nothing major - front door exterior has no lighting because defective socket. Door knob on master bedroom about ready to fall off. TV in guest room does not work because of cable box or HDMI cable. About 50% of electrical sockets in the home are too loose to hold a plug. Great golf vacation

My son and his girlfriend and my daughter and I stayed for a long weekend. We enjoyed 2 1/2 days of beautiful weather and golf. Condo was just as advertised and worked out very well. Really enjoyed the 2 couches and lounge chair in the living room - lots of room to spread out and relax. Love PGA West and would definitely stay in this condo again.

Awesome place

Stayed in this place for Coachella with 2 other couples, and it was ideal. The location is amazing, and it's a very nice place - clean and spacious - just as it looks in the photos. The communal pool is also just steps away and is way more fun than a private pool because you get a chance to meet other people staying nearby. Highly recommend this place!
