★Event Planning:
If you have plans to decorate or are considering event planning services, please inform us ahead of time so we can assist with coordination and offer recommendations from our trusted event planning partners. We kindly ask that you remove any decorations before your check-out to prevent any additional cleaning fees. Your proactive communication is greatly appreciated, and we're here to enhance your stay in any way we can!
★Private Parking:
Parking for one medium-sized car in a closed garage. Parking behind the property is limited, and we recommend ride share if possible.
★The property will sleep ten comfortably and twelve at max capacity
★Security & Alarm System: We've installed security cameras at both the front and rear of the property to enhance your safety and monitor occupancy levels to comply with fire codes. Please note that there are no indoor cameras. Additionally, we've implemented a Ring alarm system to ensure the safety of both you and your guests. Upon entering, you'll need to disarm this system. We highly recommend carefully reviewing the instructions provided in our guidebook after booking for further details. By booking you are agreeing to manage the alarm system while in the home.
Please note: A $500 security deposit is required for your stay. This is a temporary hold (like at a hotel) and not a charge—it will be automatically released after your stay, provided there are no damages. Failure to provide the deposit will result in cancellation of your booking.
