Welcome to Starbase, a tranquil waterfront home situated on a 10-acre lot on the Bay of Quinte.



Meticulously designed by architect Martin Liefhebber (2006), the exterior spaces were reinvented in 2021 by architect Brian O’Brian. A brand new professional pickleball half basketball court was added in 2023. Starbase’s interior was renovated in 2025 with new windows, kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathrooms. The 2nd floor - two bedrooms, each with a full 3-piece ensuite bathroom, a spacious breezeway, and access to the rooftop deck.

-2 adult lifejackets and 2 kids' (4-6 years) life jackets

-Japanese chef knives, kitchen shears, can opener, baking sheets, cutting boards, colander, salad spinner, plates, bowls, platters, tongs, BBQ tools, steak knives, cutlery, chopsticks, meat thermometer, cheese grater, measuring cups and spoons, and children's plates and bowls

-Toaster, microwave, and a small blender
