This 2 bed/2 bath home is the perfect escape for a couple, traveling nurse, retiree. All utilities are included in the overall price. Wonderful kitchen with a large island and all of the cooking essentials. There is also a fantastic outdoor pizza kitchen. The grounds have beautiful landscaping, garden area, and a hothouse. The screened in porch located off of the dining area is great for your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. There is a gardener that will take care of all of the grounds.
Whether you are looking to come to town for work or just to get away, this home has it all. Internet for those working remotely. Another perk for this home is the option to use the car on site. There is a $50/day extra fee for this.

The neighborhood is a perfect for the traveler looking to walk/ride bikes. Very quiet area but also close to just about everything you may want or need. Wonderfull restaurants, shopping also close by.
The James Island county park is only a few miles away and has tons of activities, walking paths, fishing, etc.

This property is perfect for the person looking to travel to Charleston but not be in the middle of all of the hustle and bustle of downtown. Tucked away on James Island, it is centrally located to the beach and downtown. A great layout with space for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying the beauty of the gardens.
Outside is great for someone who enjoys the outdoors. The screened porch has a hammock, couch, and dining table. There is even a pizza oven outside!
