Welcome home to this beautiful Mammoth condo that features stunning views of the mountains. It also features a huge main bedroom with a king bed and a private loft with a queen bed and twin bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms. Comfortable for a family of 6.

Main Floor: You will enjoy mountain views from the balcony and living room. The gas fireplace makes the living area cozy in the wintertime. There is a flat-screen Frame TV to watch your favorite movies/shows after a day of your favorite outdoor activities. A large desk looks out to the mountains and makes remote working a pleasure.

Kitchen: Enjoy the luxury and convenience of an upgraded kitchen with brand new appliances. It is fully stocked with a large variety of cookware, dishes, towels, and flatware. The kitchen also features a new coffee system, toaster/pizza oven, blender, crockpot, and rice cooker. The fridge has an ice maker and filtered water.

This condo is in a prime location near the upper jacuzzi, next to the tennis/pickle ball courts and steps from the ski back trail in the winter. You will find lots of sleds for family fun in the snow. Come and enjoy the beauty of Mammoth Mountain!

Maximum Occupancy: Accommodates 6 people.

Complex Amenities: This condo is close to the pool, two spas, saunas, recreation room, and community barbecues. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located on the premises.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (approx. ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (approx. 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There are extra blankets and comforters to keep you cozy as well as plenty of linens and towels.

Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is on a first come first serve basis; please check in with the office first.

On-site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.
