This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, single level, property located in Snowcreek Phase 3. It has a maximum occupancy of 4, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-14471.

Park in the lot nearest the property. Walk your building's pathway, then up one exterior step to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door where you'll find the entire property on this main level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmat for your stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Accommodations were as described, and found everything we needed all in good working order. We enjoyed a fire a couple of times, and the provided firestarter packs worked nicely. I brought some firewood inside a day before, so it would be dry and burn well, as the main woodpile on the porch gets a little blown snow.Parking was very close to the unit, and the lot and access paths were freshly cleared.The only glitch was that I never got the actual "Day before" email with check-in details, but I did get one 2 days before telling me that I would receive an email "reminding me that my access code was RES-12845". The RES part was irrelevant, as the pad was numeric only, but if not for this prior email telling me about the next one that I never got, I wouldn't have had the access code.I found easy ski area access at the Eagle Lot just a few minutes drive away. I would certainly stay here again!

Good condo for a ski trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay at Snowcreek. This was my third stay in this resort, each time in a different unit. Always fair priced for the area and good amenities.The only complaints I had:- The pullout couch mattress was pretty rough. I wouldn't expect luxury sleep on a pullout, but you could feel every spring in this mattress and it was sagging heavily in the middle. Tough to sleep on.- The heater to the right of the fire place did not work. They made up for this though with a well stocked firewood pile. Other places do not always provide this, so we appreciated the firewood and fire starter kit.Overall good experience, staff is very helpful when needed and the units are always clean. Sauna didn't get hot but not a big deal, the hot tub felt good. I will continue to stay here in the future. I just would not expect the pull out couch to be useful unless they replace the mattress with a new one.

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I were very pleased with the cleanliness and organization of the condo as well as the linens and kitchen items stocked for our use. I’ve stayed at many VRBO places, so I am aware by comparison how well kept this condo was for our needs and comfort. I’ve stayed at Snowcreek and elsewhere in the Mammoth area multiple times since my childhood, and the Snowcreek grounds overall looked beautiful. I was glad I chose to return specifically to Snowcreek this time. The location of this specific condo does not have a view. If I had been staying for more than three nights, I would have chosen an upstairs unit, but I went into my stay knowing that. I felt perfectly safe sleeping with the bedroom window open even on the ground floor. One very small recommendation is to include some shampoo alongside the soap bottle in the shower. I assumed there would be some. This certainly was not an insurmountable issue, of course. We did face one larger issue in that workers were doing major renovation in the condo above us between the hours of 7:45am. and 5:15pm. While we were out most of the time, on two of our three days we came back to rest midday and refresh before going out again, and the drilling, sanding, hammering were so loud we had to laugh. A very polite person in the management office when I called told me that, if I had called on the first day of the noise, we would have been moved to a different unit. I’m not sure how the office might manage this kind of issue in the future as private condo owners apparently don’t need to inform the management of such work, but it’s something to consider for future guests. Nevertheless, we had a great stay, and we will definitely return. Thank you.

Poor shower head, noisy heating element

The heating element in the master made randomly-timed clanking noises loud enough to wake me and keep me awake, the shower head is clogged so water pressure is light, there were insufficient towels. The jacuzzi was full of suds/dirty and the dishwasher handle is broken. The tv, stove, fridge, blinds, WiFi, and w/d worked. Beds were comfy.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good: it’s located on the first floor, parking was right infront of the unit. The kitchen was equipped to cook dinner for 4 and overall the condo was pretty clean.The not so great part: The condo is a little dated but works for a couple possibly with one kid. We had to rewash the dishes as most of them had food stuck onto them. Pull out sofa is not comfortable, not even for kids... wall Heaters do not produce that much heat, you’ll need to use the fire place on a cold winter night... hot water runs warm, not hot. The water heater is in the kitchen pantry closet but the thermostat is wired into the locked owners closet so there was no way to increase the heat. It is not very close to the bus stop (15 minute walk) so we ended up driving to the mountain as that is too far to walk with gear...
