Stayed for the weekend for galaxy con. Apartment was in a great location for what we wanted. We were within walking distance to the convention center and plenty of restaurants around.

This place was in a perfect location; just a few minutes walk to VCU and in a vibrant and artistic neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. I place itself was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great base for a conference

The suite was a prefect base for the conference I was attending just down Broad Street. I enjoyed the coffee shops and the restaurants in the area. It was really great to check out all the murals too!

Nice place and convenient location.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. The property is clean and has good amenities. Parking is a bit of a pain but the staff helped us figure it out.

This is a great location and lovely property. The whole building is well kept, clean and tidy. The location is awesome! Close to VCU, great restaurants, and art. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Central Location

We had meetings at the convention center. It was a great place to stay that was walkable with plenty of restaurants close by. It was so nice to spread out in an apartment and not be in a hotel room for 5 days. I highly recommend!

Downtown RVA, perfect for work for home

Clean and spacious unit, as pictured. I was here for a short family visit around thanksgiving and worked a few days. Great space for that. Walkable to a few cool places. Would stay again

Mark was a wonderful host! I stayed for 5 nights and the locations was awesome. Quick trip to anywhere I wanted to go. The condo was modern, extremely clean, parking was easy and the property was very comfortable! I would highly recommend this property!

Great Stay

Wonderful stay! Clean, nice apartment. Very quiet building with a lot of walkable places to check out. Coffee shop across the street with great food and a roof top bar next door. Would definitely stay again. 😊 The only downside was that the parking lot costs 20$ a day to park, and it’s very hard to find any free parking.

Lots of small restaurants nearby, walkable, near the campus. Owners set things up to be independent once you get a fob combination. Easy highway access.
