Collegeside Cottage / Downtown Franklin Park/Brevard College 3Bd Pets ok

Collegeside Cottage is located in the Heart of Brevard directly adjacent to Brevard College on Robinson Avenue (a quiet dead end street) - Walking distance to all Brevard has to offer.

Renovations were completed in November 2022, and this home boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, all new furniture, appliances, bedding, and amenities.

With a semi-open floor plan, fully appointed kitchen, comfy living area, and office nook, we know this home will welcome you to stay even longer than planned.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and you will find - an electric range, full size refrigerator, washer/dryer, pantry, microwave and coffee maker. If you don’t want to walk uptown to eat at one of the many fine restaurants, you may make a gourmet meal at home. We strive to have all that you would need to cook any meal. If you find something missing, please let us know.

The primary bedroom includes a memory foam queen bed with an adjoining full bath. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom contains two twin beds. The second and third bedrooms share a hall bath. Both baths have tub/shower combinations.

You can enjoy a cozy night inside, or step outside on the back porch and enjoy the cool mountain air and adjacent creek.

We are local to Brevard and are lucky enough to call this area our home base. Should you need us we are likely right around the corner. Happy to answer any questions or give recommendations!

Downtown Brevard neighborhood in Franklin Park area, next door to Brevard College - Walking Bridge to the college is right out front. Robinson Avenue is a private dead end road.
We want you to have an amazing stay and don`t have any additional rules. Our only request is that you be respectful of our home, our neighbors, and our town. Welcome to Brevard and to Collegeside Cottage!

If you are choosing a stay longer than one week, weekly housekeeping by our housekeeper will be required. This cost will be $100 per week after the first week. Thank you!

Great stay!

My fiance and I stayed here with one other couple and our dog for the white squirrel festival. It was close to town and hiking. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable! I would for sure stay here again.

Cute House

The house is convenient to the downtown Brevard area where there are a lot of shops and restaurants. The area is also rich with outdoor activities. Perfect weekend getaway from Atlanta.

Looks exactly like the photos.

Adorable house. It was impeccable and had little touches that made our stay even more comfortable. We thought we would be within walking distance to downtown, but it was an easy drive into town. No complaints. Would book this sweet house again.

Great Stay in Brevard

Had a nice time visiting this great town. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved the back porch and watching the fireflies at night. The property was close to everything and we walked downtown which only took about 10 minutes. The owner gave us some great tips like checking out hooker and triple falls and we loved that. Great overall stay. We will be back!!!

Super Cute Cottage - Close to Brevard College!

The house was perfect for our trip! Central/quiet location. Right next door to the college, great for morning walks with the pup! Convenient to the college, downtown and the music center. Easy check-in, super responsive host, dog-friendly & incredibly clean! The pictures don't do it justice as it's much bigger than it appears. The private back deck was perfect for breakfast outside and sitting by the fire in the evening. We really enjoyed our trip and will stay here again when back in the area!

Perfect!

Absolutely perfect for our small family. We loved the close proximity to downtown. It was so fun to sit on the back porch watching white squirrels frolic through the yard. A groundhog even made an appearance!! The hosts put a lot of thought and work into this lovely home. It’s evident they want their guests to enjoy!

Perfect Brevard Cottage

This property was amazing. Very clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable for our family. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation & the location could not have been more perfect. We could walk to all events as the house is right next to the college. We especially enjoyed the back porch & fire pit for relaxing between activities. We love that it is pet friendly & even the dog had special toys. The host was very responsive & pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this house for family get away to Brevard.

Fantastic home adjacent to Brevard College

We really enjoyed our stay! This cottage is updated, very clean and in a cute (walkable) neighborhood adjacent to Brevard College. The kitchen and dining areas are super spacious. Layout is very functional. The outdoor porch was great. The house was well equipped and had what we needed. Plus, we often travel with our dog and this home works well for a pet. I will definitely check this home out the next time I come to Brevard. Thank you for having us!

Just perfect

The house was right behind Brevard College with a walk over bridge right there, we were able to stroll through the campus. It was just two or three blocks from Main Street and very convenient to get to everything we wanted to do. The house was spotless, roomy, adorably decorated and had everything we needed. Lisa and her husband were quick to answer any questions we had. We'll definitely go back. Thank you guys for a great trip.
