It was a lovely house that suited our needs. The pool table was a big hit! There was no downside to our stay other than the left over garbage in the garage can and the kitchen can that we had to take care of so we wouldn't be charged an extra cleaning fee. House could have been cleaned better.

Utah Stay

My family and I stayed here for 5 days, we drove from California (about a 6 hour drive). We had a little hiccup getting in because the property didn't communicate with me that I needed to drive to the clubhouse to get the keys, which wouldn't have been an issue except it was 108 outside and I had unloaded my family and groceries before I realized we couldn't get in. The house itself was beautiful and it fit us all very comfortably. I would say whoever cleans the property is not very good at their job. There was animal pee stains on some of the rugs, and on some of the base boards, and the master bed had a huge pee spot hidden under the throw blanket, so I had to clean all the bedding as it went all the way through. And there was black dog hair in all the beds. So clearly house keeping did not wash the linen from the guest before which was horrible. The air doesn't properly work in the smaller rooms so the kids were very hot at night, the maintenance man did bring us several fans to accommodate us which helped. Any other time of the year it wouldn't be an issue of course. I will say I talked to the front desk about all the issues and they did give me a small refund. After spending alot on stay. I do feel it could have been more. But non the less I do appreciate it. Again the house itself is beautiful and location is also perfect if you want to see Zion, or go to Sand Hollow. Over all we did have a great time.
