8/20/19 – 4/27/20からタイズでは大規模な建築工事が行われます。 大きな騒音が発生し、作業員は敷地内に立ち入り、足場の外窓、空気中のほこり���破片が出ます。 10/15/19〜12/15/19にはバルコニーにアクセスできなくなり、バルコニーの家具は施設内に保管されます。 割引料金については、弊社までお問い合わせください。

The view

Great location with the view of the ocean. You are in close ranch of all kind of restaurant. The only thinks that where missing are paper filters for the coffee machine and one extra garbage bag.

The unit was very clean and comfortable, nicely decorated. The tennis courts were close by and we were able to use it whenever we wanted. We just had to ask for the gates to be unlocked. Overall, a great stay and we would come back.

The beds are quite firm, which is a plus or minus depending on your preference. Everything in the condo is dated — furniture, rug, bathrooms, kitchen. I saw other units that were much more current.

Birthday trip

Beautiful resort. Condo location is perfect overlooking the pools and ocean. The deck is large with nice furniture. The condo is very clean with well-equipped kitchen, large bathrooms, updated showers and comfortable beds. Negatives: queen fitted sheet on king bed, living room furniture is worn, uncomfortable and should be replaced. We were really disappointed with the management company since we were in town a couple hours early and asked if we could check in if condo was ready. We think it was probably available, but we were not able to access one minute early before 4:00. Their office closed at 5:00 so when we realized there was a couple of issues, it was difficult and aggravating to resolve especially after a long travel day. I would not rent another property managed by them. All communication was by text…no personal communication.

We love for our guests to gain access to their rentals early whenever possible, but unfortunately, early check-in is not guaranteed as we work to clean and inspect each unit and ensure that it meets our high standard of cleanliness. We are disappointed to hear that you felt you received no personal attention during your stay. After looking it over, we see that our staff did continue to answer your questions hours after our normal closing time regarding the proper operation of the coffee pot and ice maker. Thank you for your review. I am very disappointed to hear of the challenges you encountered with the pool at Tides. The Tides homeowner's association advised us that the pool lock was in need of repair, but due to a global supply issue they unfortunately had to wait longer than expected to receive the replacement parts. We did offer to give you additional Xplorie tickets during your stay due to the inconvenience, but can certainly understand your frustration. Thankfully, we can confirm that the Tides has installed a new lock since your stay, and we hope to welcome you back soon!

Best Location

It was amazing renting with Gibson. We loved how the check in and out process was 100% from our phone. Not to mention the view from the patio windows was unbelievable. 10/10 would recommend

Gibson is the best rental company I’ve ever dealt with. The response to our issues were handled promptly and pleasantly by Gibson staff. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Great Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tides 204 is very welcoming with a wonderful view of the ocean. The condo was spotless which was very important to us. The king size bed was quite comfortable and also the master bedroom has a fabulous ocean view. Gibson Rentals was extremely accommodating and responsive. The few minor issues we experienced were handled promptly and professionally. All the Gibson staff are very helpful and pleasant. The resort location is handy to a Publix and Walmart and not far from some very good restaurants. This was our second stay at Tops’l Resort and first with Gibson Rentals. We hope to be back soon for a third visit using Gibson Rentals.

Beautiful Miramar beach location, nice stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was comfortable for our weeks stay. The master bed and pillows were wonderful, and the master bath was well laid out. The cleaning was not as good as we expected given the covid cleaning protocols stated. There was trash that was missed and the bathroom counters were not clean and had lots of water on them. The dishwasher did not have sanitized dishes in it. Note it is a 2nd floor, but is 2 flights of stairs to the parking lot. The large pool is just for this building, which was super nice as it was rarely crowded. It does sit back a bit behind the pools, limiting views up and down the beach and sunsets, but it does have a nice ocean view and good sized balcony. They also had some chairs and umbrellas for use. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful, Clean , roomy condo ! Perfect view of pool and gulf ! Little pricey for children’s drinks at the cabana ! Also , next time I will book through Gibson Rentals because VRBO charges 10% booking fee ! Enjoyed our stay ! Will return!

Great stay at the Tides at Tops'l

We had an amazing view even just one the second floor overlooking the pool and the ocean. And it was so convenient especially having an almost 1 year old to be able to go back and forth to the room from the pool/beach for naps, etc. condo was very clean/presentable.

Beautiful

Lovely condo and beautiful view of the ocean. Being on 2nd floor is nice as well, so you can take stairs instead of elevator if you’d like.

Was able to get in to our unit early everything was very clean and well laid out, and the arrival mini cooler and coupon books where a plus! Was able to use the free activities pass for both fishing and horseback riding! I caught over 25 fish on the princess. That crew did an amazing job and I highly recommended it.

August 2017 Stay

The master bedroom mattress was torture and should be replaced with something a bit softer than concrete. I'll second the comments on beach access. When the pool gates are locked, guests are forced walk way around to the adjacent property. Sunrise walks on the beach should be easier and gates opened at that time. Wifi......horrible! Called COX as instructed asked for level 2 service and nothing improved. Need to upgrade wifi and not put it as a responsibility of guests. Aside from those 3 items the condo is located nicely and well appointed. Thanks

We are so sorry to hear that your time here wasn't perfect! As hard as we try, it is difficult to provide mattresses that everyone is happy with. Some guests prefer hard, some prefer soft. We also apologize for the troubles with the wifi connection. We haven't had any issues prior to or since. GBR would have been happy to send help right away if we had known you were having troubles. In response to the gate issues, GBR has no control over the gates on property, but we would be happy to share your suggestions with the Association Manager. We hope these inconveniences didn't spoil your time here and that you did enjoy your well deserved vacation!
