Loved the house, it’s very functional. All basic needs are met. We love the location, it’s so close to so many restaurants and the beach. We took our dog with us and was walked so often. With the house open to bring your pets, it do not smell like there have been pets staying prior. Overall the cleanliness is superb! We’re considering coming back again!

the location is great, its a five minute or less walk to the beach, or a grocery store or any place you want to eat on or off Mission. We stayed for a week with two of my daughters, one son in law and two grandkids and it was well set up, very roomy even when we were all in house, nice little grass backyard. We love SD and visit as often as we can and we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house is very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is the best — so close to the ocean. We loved spending time nearby and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Great location and totally workable home base for a Pacific Beach vacation. Garage with some beach stuff (umbrellas, boards) was a plus. Rooms were totally comfortable. Given how expensive it was, it was a little underwhelming but I guess you're really paying for location. Kitchen also left a little to be desired but we made it work.

A great stay!

We spent seven weeks in this comfortable and friendly house. It was nicely clean on arrival, well maintained and exactly right for our winter getaway from the north! Our two little dogs were happy in the back yard. The owner was very responsive when needed.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed this 3 bedroom house with fenced in backyard. Plenty of room for family that visited for a cookout. A few used the bikes that were provided as well as the wagon to go to the beach with a young child. The location was convenient to walk to coffee shops and breakfast and the beach. I will look to stay at this location again.

Great property. Spacious and comfortable

We had a great time here. Perfect California weather. Good location, out of the really busy part but close enough to walk everywhere including the beach. You are close enough to La Jolla today include that for dinner. Easy drive to Downtown San Diego.
