Location is Everything!
Two bedroom beach front apartment, centrally located in the heart of Rincon, Puerto Rico.
Directly across the street is one of Rincons' beautiful beaches; Balneario of Rincon, and only a short 7 minute walk to downtown Rincon, where amazing restaurants and great night life surround the area! Less than a 10 minute drive to El Faro (Lighthouse) Domes Beach, and many other beautiful surrounding beaches.
Full kitchen, washer & dryer included. Access to pool & jacuzzi.

Apartment has coffee maker, toaster,
oven, iron, hair dryer, among other
amenities.
The space:
One King size bed, two full size beds - 6 person maximum occupancy.

Guest access:
Building has elevator access.
Apartment has 2 parking spaces free of
charge and it's walking distance to town
restaurants, beaches and night life.
Other things to note:
Air conditioner in both bedrooms and family/
dining area.
Beach towels and beach chairs are also available for your use.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Was a great location close to the square & beach. We had a little issue with the hot water which hopefully gets resolved. But the communication with the owner was great and fast! Has everything you would need including extra beach towels etc. Would stay here again if I was in the area!

Hi Timothy, thank you for your review! I’m happy to share that we’ve replaced the water heater to provide a smoother and more comfortable experience for future guests. While water heater systems on the island can differ from what many are used to on the mainland, the issue has now been fully resolved. We hope to host you again in the future!

Our host was welcoming, helpful and our visit was great. The condo was furnished with everything we needed. The king bed (mattress) was the best. The pool was great, the beach across the street. It was a great vacation.

It was very clean. Beds very comfortable. Host very quick to respond. Check in and out was very simple. Good instructions for both. Property outside was very well taken care of. Was very nice to have a cooler, beach chairs and towels for the beach available. If I had to list a complaint it would be opinion only. It was hard to sit on patio at times because the a/c vents out there. The other would be the couch. Very uncomfortable and the back could use staffing in a couple pillows. Neither would keep us from returning! We didn't go to the beautiful town to sit inside. The beach was so close and we found food and stores easy to get to!

This was a very spacious and clean condo. The location truly is the best, just a 2 minute walk to a beach, maybe 10 minute walk to downtown. A short drive to additional beaches. The balcony has a fantastic view and the AC worked great. We didn't use the pool but it seemed well kept.Chairs and beach towels were available, which was a very nice perk. Also coffee was supplied, and there was an automatic ice maker in the fridge that worked great. We opted to sleep in the room with 2 beds as it was quieter. The bedroom with the king bed was a bit noisy when we arrived from a party nearby. It was very quiet overall during the weekdays and the condo itself was very quiet.

Great place to stay

Across the street from the rincon public beach and close to drive to many of the beautiful beaches in rincon .. pool was nice to use. Beautiful view from the balcony . Lots of good dining options in the area

Great location!

We absolutely loved the location! A walk across the street had you at the beach. A little stroll has you at the Rincón square. Sunday morning market was adorable and the restaurants and bars in the evening were all wonderful. It provided a very authentic and non-touristy feel for this leg of our trip.

Family vacation

We loved the location, just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants and town is a short walk. We appreciate that beach chairs and beach towels were provided. We had a big storm coming through and the host kept us updated with everything we needed to know. Will definitely stay again

Great two bedroom condo!

This condo was excellent- better than it looks in the photos! Clean, with comfy furniture and nice kitchen. There were beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards which made it so easy to enjoy the beach! Five minute drive to surfing, ten to a great swimming beach. And a short walk to all the Rindon restaurants.

Beautiful condo in Rincon

Excellent condo in Rincon. Fantastic location only a couple minutes walk to the beach and less than 10 minutes walk to center of town. Well maintained and beautifully decorated with great amenities. Excellent host with Supurb communication. We would highly recommend this property

Location was great but roosters, cars and bar was so loud at night on weekend. Bathroom issues with toilet running/getting clogged. Tub had no hot water, other tub didn’t clog. Washing machine was so loud we thought it was breaking.

Great beach location

We loved Rincon and wish we had stayed longer! Easy access to the beach across the street, plus short walks/drives to other beaches. The unit had towels and beach chairs, which was awesome. Only complaint was we didn't get check in information, we had to request it as we were on our way. Otherwise they were communicative.

This was the perfect size condo for our family of four. The kids enjoyed the pool and the comfy beds. It had pots and pans, silverware, plates, and 2 tvs. This condo felt very homey. It had coffee shops and downtown Rincon 10 minutes away. Local beaches and restaurants are a qround by car. Smaller cars work better on the island as many roads and parking are narrow. The owner was very responsive.
