*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

You will fee right at home in this cozy 3 bedroom condo in Lake Village. The condo is very close to down town where most of the restaurants and shopping are located. You are also very close to the beaches on the Nevada side of the Lake, like Nevada Beach, Round Hill Pines and Zephyr Cove.
You will have access to the clubhouse where the pool, hot tub, tennis courts and more are located. Our company does not own or operate any of the amenities or anything to do with the Clubhouse; closures, out of order, or anything of the sort are out of our control.

On the entry level you will find Bedroom 1 with a bunk (twin/full) and a twin bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway. The entry way has a queen sleeper sofa. Upstairs is the kitchen, Livingroom with a cozy wood burning fireplace, access to the deck, and bedroom 3 with a king and a private bathroom.

It was a great location near the town, lake and hiking trails. The pool and hot tub were an add’l bonus we didn’t realize was included. I loved the walking trail around the perimeter.

Great trip!

Had a wonderful time for the Fourth of July at this property. There’s an excellent view of the fireworks if you walk down to the highway, although you won’t be close to feel the boom you can definitely hear it.The host was communicative with us when needed and were informative of the policies of the HOA in the area.

Perfect location away from the traffic

Nice clean and location was good. Close to casino and downtown. Separated rooms on different floors to have kids enjoy and hang out while adults can hang out in living area. Nice to have washer and dryer after a day of snow. Would come back again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The host was professional a communicative, allowed us to check in early. It was a little confusing finding the house. Easy instructions to get in the house. The home appeared clean until I touched the banister that was full of dust. And one of my friends found hair in the bed. They can definitely improve on the cleanliness. We sucked it up for 2 nights, but we would not return to this property.

This property was great for just an easy weekend trip up to Tahoe. Listing was accurate but check-in was challenging due to parking issues in Lake Village. Overall positive stay.

Great Place for Short Stay

We only stayed two nights. Very clean, but the toilet seats need to be fixed. Otherwise, great location. Pool is nice and the sauna is wonderful! Enjoy!!

Great Location, Great Property.

Stayed this last MLK weekend, F-Sun. Booking was an ease, property was only listed on VRBO not ABB which was a plus I think. Location is less than 5 min to the casinos, downtown, and beach. Quiet neighborhood. The place was beautiful just as the pictures show, probably nicer in person. Had all the kitchen necessities needed for us to cook meals. I would definitely book again. Only Con I would say is they do not supply bathroom toiletries other than TP. We brought our own so no big deal but you should know that ahead of time.

Good stay

We had a good time staying. Good location, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and no major issue.A couple of things, though.1) the property doesn't have a separate dining table, it has a countertop and 4 stools, but it was a bit difficult to host our group (4 adults, 4 kids)2) The trash instructions were not accurate (it says I need to find a trash can marked as 100B, which we couldn't find. I had to call the property management), which wasted quite a bit of our time to find the right trashcan.

I have very few good things to say about this property. The property management and location was good. Our fridge was not keeping cold and property management came within minutes to check it out. They werent able to fix it but the fact that they came so quickly was effort shown. The location is right next to heavenly village was great for connivence. Aside from those two things, this property needs work. All of the towels and bed sheets had pilling on them. There is no A/C in the house, we were extremely hot and miserable the whole stay. If it was mentioned on the property details, we wouldn't have booked here. We had to go buy our own toilet paper on day 2 as well. On a couple of rolls, there was a yellow stain on them. We didnt know what it was, but we were grossed out so we didn't use them.The sink in the downstairs bathroom had broken parts. The TV downstairs didn't work.

Property was nice, quiet. Outside seating area only had 3 chsirs the rest were broken. Disappointing as there were 7 of us & it would have been nice for us all to sit outside for meals. No bbq at property, which would have been handy. Also, a welcome package showing where the club house was & thing's to do or a map of the area would have been nice.

Great location...Missing some things.

We loved Tahoe and a very nice condo, but just seemed to be missing things most VRBO or otjer rentals come with. No soap or shampoo provided, one small kitchen towel, no pizza citter in a full kitchen. Washing machine and dryer, but not even one load woth of soap, soneven if o wanted to wash the one towel i couldn't. Overall, lovely place, which is why it get 5 Stars, but not up to par with other rentals in whats provided in my mind. Oh and Master bed was phenomenal!!!

Bedsheets Covered in Black Hairs

Both beds' sheets were covered in short and long black hairs. Both the fitted sheets and flat sheets, as well as the pillowcases, were unwashed and just layered with hairs. Pulled back the sheets the first night, and my wife and I were disgusted. My parents' bed had hairs in it as well as sand and crumbs. We slept on top of the comforter and used beach towels as blankets. I have photos, but VRBO doesn't have an option to post. It's also just a run-down property. Lots of chunks and paint chipped off walls, toilet seat has been broken since a reviewer posted a month ago. Just felt very dirty, and we booked because it appeared to be clean. Unfortunately, not the case. I do not recommend this property. Inaccurate description, hairs and dirt in the sheets, overall not a great place.

Plenty of pillows,towels,linens. Guest parking is alongside the assigned parking. Easy check in and check out, no need to strip the bed. The temperature upstair is warmer so we had to open the windows. There's a swimming pool that we didn't have time to enjoy. The lady at the clubhouse was nice and helpful.
