Surrounded by a great variety of restaurants, shops, golf courses, and beaches - your every day will be memorable and filled with sunshine. As part of the Egrets Pointe community, enjoy utilizing the resort-style pools, hot tub, tennis courts, and fitness center.

Inside, continue to enjoy the sunshine from the living room's floor-to-ceiling windows. The comfortable seating and Smart TV are the perfect combination for family movie nights, whereas the well-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and a full suite of appliances.

The bedrooms are equally plush with their high-quality linens, TVs, and nautical-themed decorations. Perks like a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and internet access round out the stellar interior perks.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This unit is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort: No boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's or golf carts are allowed inside of the resort.
All carpet flooring was replaced with new vinyl plank flooring, May 2025.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A Little Piece of Heaven

We loved this house! The location and the deck were perfect for us. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The washer and dryer were top notch. I would move here if I could!

Perfect for our family

We had a quick trip to Edisto and our family enjoyed all the amenities that came along with our rental along with the very well stocked house. The setup was great and we enjoyed the location. The resort also offers bike rentals from the cafe about 100 yards from the property which made getting around even easier.

Short stay

We loved our stay. Property was clean. Easily accessible to everything. Only thing we can complain about is the all day construction work next door on Saturday.

Well maintained condo in a perfect location

The condo is well maintained at gated golf course community, close to the beach. It comes it access to amenities at the community. Easy access to everything the island offers.

I’m a golfer the plantation course was near by great course. Beach was a car ride but 4 minutes away. Would easily come back .

Good but has potential

There were no directions for TV use and the TV in the guest room only played a continuous banner. The couch and chairs were well broken-in and could have used upholstery cleaning or just replacing as they had seen better days. The cabinets, counter top, and hot pads had food on them. A glass was stuck to the cabinet by something sticky. The walls needed to be cleaned in several places as there were places where liquid had run down the wall or woodwork. The dishes, pans, mixer may have been clean but some pieces were questionable. The porch upstairs had a very dirty, gritty floor and the chairs were covered in a black grit. The mattress pad in master bedroom had a brown crusty spot which was not on sheets so I assume it was not cleaned from use by previous renter. The towels were clean but very abrasive. The baking pans looked like ones left over from a garage sale as they were black/dark brown from great use. Dishwasher, stove, frig , washer/dryer and microwave were new and of good quality. Dining furniture was newer also. Great set of pots and pans to use. There was a box of dog refuse bags provided. Door screens had significant holes in them. All of the negatives are easy fixes but were not available for our stay. Maybe next time.

Nice condo, however beware when booking through 3rd party. Never got info on how to check in and went to the address only to have to drive to the other end of island to get keys from Vacasa building (nothing was mentioned in booking either) Also, you have to leave the gated area in your car to get to covered heated pool area and hot tub (both pool areas on different parts of the property) The 3rd pool is close to condo, however outdoor and not heated. No beach access like states and shows in photos. The condo itself is nice (does show some wear and cracks that need attention), but lots of room and kitchen filled with all that is needed to cook meals. Comfy beds and lots of towels which is a huge plus.
