また1階��は、特大サイズの洗濯機と乾燥機が備わるフルサイズのランドリールーム、専用バスルーム付きのクイーンベッドルームがあ���ます。

Property was beautiful pool was the private pool was wonderful great evening swims Husband noted would be nice to have a blower to blow around the pool and steps off other than that. Everything was great and that wasn’t even really a negative. I just stepped over all the stuff.

We had a fabulous stay in the Frangista Beach, Southern Comfort house. The location was great. Plenty of living space, rooms/beds for us, and nicely stocked kitchen. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, souvenier shopping, etc. Management company was really easy to communicate with. We love the Miramar/Frangista Beach area even though there was a lot of rain this trip. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay. It was so close to the beach. Just a few steps away to beach access. We really enjoyed the small pool on the property. We had 5 kids age 1 to 7 and it was a perfect space for them to splash around! The property was very clean and well stocked. I would love to rent again.

We would get texts periodically asking about our stay, if there were any problems, if we needed anything. They were very thorough and attentive. House is modern and the decor was not too much. All rooms were clean, bathrooms were great size, kitchen could use a few more essentials, and a little updating. All supplies were plentiful, We had a few hiccups with refrigerator and bathroom faucet handles, but they resolved it quickly and effectively. Towels were plentiful, location was great for our family, right across the street from the beach since we had 5 little ones and the beach gear. A lot of activities within walking distance, ice cream, souvenir shopping, coffees, sandwiches, Our family loved this house and the vacation we had here! We will definitely try to be back here!

Great location and responsive, friendly staff

We absolutely loved our stay!! A group of 13 friends and family spent spring break here. There was plenty of space, the location was right in the middle of everything with beach access just across the road, management was friendly and prompt in responding to answer questions we had. The house provided all the essentials we needed to have a home away from home. We would definitely come here again!

Great house, great location!

Best place I’ve rented on Miramar Beach. Great location, half way between Popano Joes and Whales Tale, next to Bad Ass Coffee…. Private beach access directly across the street, great Front porch on both first and second levels, big bedrooms and nice and updated bathrooms and kitchen… the pool is small but our 7 and 2 year old granddaughters loved it and was a nice warm sitting pool for the adults… nice community pool as well. This was perfect for our 10 person visit!

A truly wonderful family vacation.

Graduation celebration

Southern Comfort was perfect for our 2 families celebrating our graduates. House was directly across from the beach access and slept all 11 of our guest comfortably. The kids loved the pool to enjoy after coming back from the beach.

Thanksgiving with Family

We had a great stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house comfortably accommodated our party of 9, ranging in age from 6 to old. The beach access is located directly across the street and was as convenient as any beachfront house I've stayed at in the past. Highly recommended!

In town for wedding

We brought our family in town for our wedding that took place down the road on the beach. We have a great time. The house was perfect location and comfort for our immediate family to relax. Thank you.
