We are 5 miles from fishing and boating on Richardson lake and 30 minutes from Sunday River. * There is one camera on the property, facing the driveway.

This was my second time renting this wonderful little house. Everything is exactly as shown and everything you could possibly need is available. I can't say enough good things!! Looking forward to staying again next year!!

Cute cabin, exactly as advertised. Lots of outdoor space for doggos. Great spot for trail riding and hiking.

We stayed 3 nights and it was perfect! Our host Katie was great. The house was stocked with everything we needed and then some! Loved the yard and the fire pit, as well. Looking forward to staying again next year!

Stay

Went for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend and another couple. This home was cute and comfortable for the four of us. It was clean and had everything we needed for our weekend snowboarding trip. Would recommend this house for other and would definitely stay again.

Property was clean and comfortable. A bit of the main road but we knew that going in. It was quiet and the home stayed surprisingly cool despite 90 degrees temperature and high humidity. The host was great communicating. We would highly recommend.

The perfect place for us to stay while section hiking along the Appalachian Trail in the area. Ideal location, perfect accommodations, everything we needed. Very comfortable and relaxing and worry-free. Easy communications, and very reasonable cost. We will definitely keep this place in mind the next time we are looking to be in the area again. Loved the hummingbirds! Thank you so very much.
