Beautiful Views

The views from the patio of the golf course and mountains are spectacular! As noted in other reviews the property is dated but this was not an issue to us. The property was very clean and had all the kitchen items we needed. My only suggestion would be to improve the outdoor lighting from the driveway to the door, it is quite dark. Thanks for providing a great place to enjoy our time in the valley.

Host Rozet was accompanying, friendly and helpful. Cleaning missed top of refrigerator, microwave and large amount of accumulated lint in dryer filter. We stayed 45 days ran out of toilet paper, paper towels and Kleenex. Guest bedroom blinds were broken, would not close. Rozet had them replaced. Large master bed leg was on top of table lamp. Kitchen counter chair rocked back and forth which I repaired. Golf cart in garage had to be relocated to the side so you could open car door. Overall beautiful location, more attention needed on care and maintenance. .

The location on the fairway is incredible and the panoramic views, specacular - we're so pleased you enjoyed it! It was our pleasure to assist with the blinds in the guest bedroom and to answer questions during your visit. Unfortunately, we do not understand the reference to the master bed leg, so we cannot respond on that point. As advised upon booking, and discussed during your stay, our starter pack at this home is only meant to last a few days (maximum a week), until guests have had time to settle in and get to the local store, but we were happy to drop off additional supplies. Great location for this unit, everything was as shown in the pictures. Great big living area with nice couches. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful outdoor area.

Nice location

This was a great place to stay especially if you are playing at PGA west. Very convenient. The beds were very comfortable. A great place to come home to after plane 36 holes a day.

Weekend golf trip

This was our first VRBO rental. It was a very pleasant experience with great communication from property manager who answered all of our questions. Enjoyed the view of the mountains, riding bikes thru the neighborhoods, the cooled off each night in the pool.

Property was great. Came as advertised. Rozet was very helpful when we ran into an issue with the internet. Perfect location.

Very clean and convenient

We stayed at this property while we were in town for a horse show. We enjoy getting a Vrbo so we can cook our own meals. This is a great patio home on the golf course with beautiful views. I would highly recommend it😊

Fantastic place

We totally enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was beautiful, and we loved the short distance to the pool. The beds were very comfortable, and the condo is well-equipped with many amenities. The condo was clean and well- maintained. We appreciated the communication from management about some repair issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Location was amazing and the unit was very comfortable. However, their trash rules were vague and confusing honestly. We were instructed to take out the bins on Sunday, which we did, but we still got charged an additional 50? Not sure the logic there but aside from that the stay was great.

PGA West is the Best

We have been to the Coachella Valley numerous times and this is our first VRBO in La Quinta. (We have a timeshare at Shadow Ridge.) This condo was perfect for our “Family Moon” with our daughter and her wife. It was all we needed to enjoy our week in the valley. We will be back!

Great place to say

Overall it was fantastic. Could use a full door on the guest room. Sound and light penetrate the door making it hard to sleep in

LaQuinta Condo

The location was great for us. The condo was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked and everything needed for cooking. My only complaint is that it is dated. Everything worked, but was old.

my husband and I have rented this unit twice and now I am renting it again for my sisters and me. It's a great quiet location, near the pool, near the resort so we can have massages and a beautiful view of the mountains across the golf course. Not fancy which is just the way I like it!

Great location

The property was better than pics showed. Updated outside furniture, fantastic views, new appliances and overall very comfortable. Steps away from the pool! PGA West community is terrific. Rozet, the property manager, was excellent. Only downside was neighbor’s dog which was less than friendly and loud at times.

A peaceful hideaway!

This lovely rental is well stocked for the avid vacationer. You will love this ultra quiet location with sweeping mountain and spectacular golf views. Our adult family of four really enjoyed our time here. The property is very safe and secure and the subdivision is perfect for walking/running/biking. The management company representative is available for all questions and the rental does have cable service to all televisions. Don't pass up this hidden gem!

Nice Golf Course View

Nice and clean place. Dated. Looks like it hasn’t been upgraded for many years and brings back memories of the rat pack time in Palm Springs. Small thing but would recommend getting a better Keureg coffee maker. And unfortunate that the third bedroom doesn’t have a door on it.

Thank you, Kelly, for your stay. We wish that we had heard from you during the stay. We only heard from you after you checked out. We have a local/caring team that would have been there to help with these issues. We sent a mid-stay email message to check in on you on 10/10, the day after you checked in. You did not respond that there were issues. The suggested temperatures are only that, a suggestion. We give our guests the flexibility to adjust the thermostat to their comfortable temperature. -iTrip La Quinta
