Recently built in late 2023, this 4-bedroom haven features luxurious hardwood flooring throughout and amenities like a built-in gas grill on the adorable back porch, a six-seater golf cart, private heated pool, and four bicycles for local exploration.

Inside, the gorgeous, open living and dining area is great for quality time, while the chef's kitchen is a dream come true. The spacious home comfortably sleeps 12. On the first floor, a guest room, queen, features a gorgeous full bathroom.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom, king, features another lavish bathroom with an oversized shower, and a private balcony that stretches the length of the home.

The opposite side of the second floor hosts a spacious guest room with two full beds, a spacious bunk room with twin-over-twin bunks, and a beautiful hall bathroom, with a tub-shower combo.

We stayed here last year and loved it! This year was still good but the general upkeep has declined as it was less clean and the property management service was less responsive when we experienced electrical problems after the first night. I would still recommend this property and hope that the owners update the pots and pans, blankets, and clothes dryer over the next year.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The private pool was great for our family to relax in after a day at the beach. Just a heads up, we’ve been staying in the seaside area for the last 10 years and the homes we stay in always provide beach towels. I specifically wrote the host to see if they would have them and they told me they do not provide them. We packed towels which took up quite a bit of space and weight since we flew to Florida. Upon arriving, the house ended up having towels which was a little frustrating. So for future renters, don’t worry about bringing towels :). Location was great, the golf cart worked wonderfully, and there were a bunch of pool floats available to use. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Home in Seagrove!

We loved this beautiful home in Seagrove. The pool was a good size for our family to enjoy. The home was clean, spacious and so very pretty! The outdoor shower came in handy after the beach. The golf cart and bikes got a lot of use. The location was perfect to the public beach access. We will be back!

This house was impressive. It was gorgeous and fit our families perfectly. It easily accommodated 3 families with young kids and MoMo (grandma). We loved having the pool. This particular pool set up was perfect for kids that have not mastered swimming yet with a good size 1 ft deep area. There was a lot of space inside and out to keep our things for the beach. Having the golf cart included was the cherry on top. The kitchen was lacking for food prep such as mixing bowls and dish towels but we made it work. The laundry room is upstairs with 3/4 bedrooms meaning we didn’t have to haul much laundry up and down. The house is super cozy if you end up with rainy days. The chairs on the upstairs porch are perfect for reading on said rainy day.
