The LOCATION! Our cozy, brand new studio apartment is in the heart of downtown Bentonville. We love mid-century furniture, so the airy studio is furnished in a way that feels stylish and homey. The petite patio welcomes guests and an extra wide staircase if you want to store your bike inside!

Tons of natural light, a comfy king-sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, and washer/dryer -- ideal for single and couple travelers.

The apartment is located behind the Bungalow over the garage.

Very clean, inviting and well decorated! The host was great and listening to the sound of cicadas at night and walking to the square was so nice. I’ve stayed in 4-5 different places in bentonville and this was by far my favorite. Would definitely return!

Great place for a Father and Son impromptu mountain bike trip! Very nice loft apartment with everything that you need. Close to downtown and you can easily bike to all the trails.

Super cute studio! The location was perfect for walking to the Bentonville Square. Everything was clean and tidy. We would stay here again.

Enjoyable

We really enjoyed the place. The location was perfect for easy ride in/ride out and close to anything downtown. Bed was very comfortable and place was well equipped with everything needed.

Great location near the Bentonville Town Square! About a 10 minute walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Clean, comfortable safe. Stairs up to loft over top of garage. I stayed for two nights to mountain bike in the area. Very close to Coler and Slaughter Pen.

Perfect Place

Everything we needed was there! Close enough to walk downtown, quiet, lots of natural light, clean, comfortable, stocked with coffee and supplies. We parked Nextdoor bc we had a large suv and the space was small. The steps were nice and wide. The only downside was very little space for clothing but we adapted.

Cute place

Adorable studio apartment right near downtown square. Up a long flight of stairs, which was not a problem for us.Cute decor, but sofa could have been more comfortable. other than that, it was perfect.

Great location and very nice space.Downsides - Dishwasher does not work. Host requested we clean dishes so had to hand wash right before leaving since dishwasher did not work. Also, oven triggers the smoke detector to go off so could not use oven. Host did not respond to messages.

Check in instructions not super clear, but owner had prompt response. Also unclear who I was talking to, messages said one person, but the messages said another. Entered into an unclean room. Unclean towels all over, bed sheets were unclean and scattered, and the dishwasher and sink smelled as if it has not been cleaned in a while. Prompt messaging and the owner came out at 10:00 pm to bring clean sheets and towels and to clean the place, not many owners do that, however at a late night frantic, we’re pretty sure she just made the bed with new sheets but the same dirty blankets and comforters. And the sheets had brown stains. I do not the believe the owner was at fault here. She seemed very nice and knew it was the cleaner’s fault. Otherwise the place was very nice and it was super close to everything. But when it comes to a stay, it needs to be clean. The theme here is unclean. But if I knew it was clean and the smell was taken care of, I would stay here again. They just need a new cleaner that doesn’t drop the ball as bad as they did on check in day, and make the owner look bad.
