Dear guest, Thank you for sharing this with us. We’re sorry to hear that the cleanliness did not meet your expectations—this is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We do wish you had reached out to us during your stay, as we would have been happy to address the issue right away and make your visit more enjoyable. We also would have appreciated knowing which areas needed more attention so we can follow up with our cleaning team and continue to improve our standards. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide a much better experience next time.
