This was our first time staying in unit 911 and we were pleased. It has been recently updated and looks great and is very functional. It is also in a good location on the Moorings campus being near the pool, grills and close to the beach. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

The luxury kitchen had everything you could need on vacation. The screened in patio was my favorite and I spent much of my time out there relaxing and drinking coffee. This unit is near the pool, laundry facilities and steps from the gorgeous beach. I have already booked my vacation next year!

April 2022 unit 911 Sanibel Moorings

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time and enjoy staying at the Moorings. The condo unit we stayed at was great! It was very nice and we liked the kitchen and how open the unit was. Only area of improvement would be that there were some very small bugs (maybe a type of ant) in the kitchen near the sink and we saw some in the bathroom and the bedroom. They kept coming back every day despite us wiping them up in papertowles. ALso, the bathroom had a lot of hair on the floor when we arrived, so it much not have been swept or mopped. Lastly, my wife really did not like the bed and said it was very uncomfortable. But overall it was very nice and we would come back to it.

Sanibel Moorings

We enjoyed our unit , it was cheerful comfortable and clean. We thought the air conditioner was too loud when on and woke us up during the night . The ceiling fans provided adequate ventilation. And because of the cool weather we could leave the slider open. You may want to have the AC function checked . The surrounding gardens were lovely! A quick walk to the beach or the pool were perfect. We did not find the pool or hot tub to be heated , and with the cool weather it was too chilly to utilize. We struggled with the amount of landscaping that was being done , with strong smell of mulch,tree work , busy maintenance workers in and out of other units and the cleaning staff all speaking loudly to each other while around outside our unit . One morning a staff member sat on the stairs outside our unit for over a half hour talking loudly on her phone. They need to be reminded that there voices carry. Ms. Andi and Rosie were helpful and so hospitable and checked in frequently to see if we needed anything. We did enjoy our stay but think theses are things that could be approved on

Beautiful resort

Our condo was so very clean, quiet and welcoming. Everyone was very nice. The grounds were gorgeous and so close to the ocean. We would definitely stay there again.

Have already recommended to family and friends!

The whole experience was very nice. The unit was clean and just the right size for the two of us. Anything we needed in the kitchen was available. The screen porch was very nice in the morning and evening. The tropical feel of the gardens was very pretty …took a lot of photos of the flowers. The lil walk to the beach was perfect as well as having the umbrellas and chairs provided for us. The location was perfect for driving “into town” to grab a bite to eat, do an activity on the island, or shop and grab a souvenir (or two).

Everything about this property was perfect! The cleanliness, size, location, amenities.......the grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. It is quiet and private. We had an absolutely perfect vacation and are looking forward to coming back regularly!

Modern condo unit!

Impeccably renovated, clean and modern unit. Steps (literally) to the bbq grills, pool and 3m walk to the beach. Highly recommended! Note unit is on the small size (~600sqft) so room for only 2 adults. Perfect for the vacationing couple!

Perfect vacation

We loved our trip to Sanibel and especially Sanibel moorings. Our condo was perfect for 2. It was beautifully appointed with everything we needed. We loved the location and can’t wait to return next year!

Great unit!! The only thing you need to add is a mirror at the bedroom.

The property was super cleaned and very modern. The only thing I would add is a mirror in the bedroom. Overall excellent unit!
