Wonderful property. Outdoor areas were especially great. Clean and well maintained. Host and greeter were great too. View and location were amazing. Road to the property wasn't too steep but house was high enough for great views. The driveway was large and flat - that is important (and rare) on St. John.

Hands down one of the best rentals I’ve stayed at. They have thought of everything that you’ll need on the island. The views are amazing and we were very impressed by the cleanliness and thoughtful touches of the rental. We will be back and I would recommend anyone to stay here! Worth every penny!

Paradise Revisited was a lovely place for a week with our 2 teenagers. Plenty of space to spread out and tons of outdoor space. The sunsets were beautiful, and the pool is great! The spaces are clean, well stocked, and comfortable.It worked fine for us but it should be noted that the bathroom is open to the bedrooms. Not a big deal, just took some extra communication amongst family members but it's not reflected in the photos. Beds were comfy and plenty of linens!

Gorgeous views, beautiful garden area, nice pool & cabana with plenty of seating everywhere! Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels & beach towels. Nikira met us at the car ferry dock and showed us the way. She was very thorough in her tour of the home. All appliances worked well; we took advantage of the washer and dryer, as it was nice to have clean dry clothes, suits, & towels each day. Overall, the home was clean, spacious, open, and airy. Flashlights & lanterns were available, but we never experienced a power outage! Thank you, we would return again!

Terrific House, Great Location

This was our third trip to St John and the first time staying in the Chocolate Hole area. We loved the house, which was so lovely that we had to force ourselves away from our majestic poolside perch in order to go to the beach each day! Comfy beds and a well-appointed kitchen were much appreciated as we are big sleepers and enjoy cooking. Perfectly located in a pretty, quiet neighborhood that is very convenient to Cruz Bay and super easy to get to the north side beaches and Coral Bay side as well. Definitely make sure you rent a 4x4 though, even the main paved roads can become unmanageable when they get even slightly wet.Can’t wait to return!
