We’ve been visiting St John for over 16 years and this is the best view of all the places we’ve been. The view from the picture windows in the bedroom are stunning to wake up to!The villa was clean, modern, and well kept. Great communications and welcome.

Perfect location and perfect view! The Blue Villa is located just a short drive from Cruz Bay, but with the feel of your very own private oasis! We loved having morning coffee and evening cocktails on the expansive balcony. The view is spectacular!Tim and Phyllis were wonderful hosts and provided quick response to our questions before and during our stay, as well as offered great suggestions. They even picked us up at the dock and took us to get our rental jeep. Great stay and would certainly recommend this property to anyone!

Tim and Phyllis were great hosts, warm and welcoming and readily available during our stay if we needed them. The property is a hidden gem, tucked away with plenty of privacy and the most amazing view. The unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the week and the beach. The drive into town was 5-10 min and there are plenty of grocery stores nearby to stock up on supplies. We would definitely recommend staying at Blue View Villa!

Amazing property and hosts. Tim was very communicative, picked us up at the ferry, took us to the jeep rental and gave us an overview of the island. The property looks exactly like the pictures but better. The views from the patio are spectacular. The location is close enough to Cruz Bay but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend this property.
