Kona Shores#118 is a spectacular ground floor condo at an Oceanfront Condominium Complex. Kona Shores is just a mile to all restaurants, cafes and shopping within Kailua Village. From the oceanfront Pool and BBQ Area you will be able to enjoy the famous Kona Sunsets, as well as the cruise ships, parasailing, whale and dolphin watching. Potentially you could be lucky and spot the famous 'Green Flash” at sunset, as the sun dips behind the horizon.

Unit#118 is a thoughtfully laid out floor plan that will give you space and comfort during your stay. The newly remodeled kitchen features full sized appliances, beautiful cabinets and granite counters. A smart TV for your entertainment. There is an A/C in the living area and ceiling fans throughout for your comfort. Enjoy a comfortable queen sized sofa bed for additional guests. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed for you to start and end your day. There is an assigned parking space that is close to the unit. Enjoy vacationing with the comforts of home!

Kona Shores 118 is newly decorated with very clean and comfortable furnishings. Complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable TV are both available. This unit includes a brand new, fully equipped kitchen with gas burners, as well as dining on the lanai. Kona Shores, a very popular, oceanfront complex, offers a pool, and BBQ area facing the ocean. There are laundry facilities for your convenience.

The Kailua-Kona Historical Village is a short walk or drive away. The Village is very quaint, with lots of charm and shopping right along the water's edge. Some of the activities you can find in the Village and nearby are: beaches, luau's, farmer's markets, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding, and deep sea fishing…Just about every water sport you can think of! There are also several great golf courses nearby. There is so much to do to stay active, or you can do nothing and just lounge at the pool.

Unit#118 is a non smoking a pet free property.

Everything you could possibly need at this VRBO

This VRBO was the best rental I have ever used! The place was so clean and so well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The sunsets from the pool was absolutely stunning. .

Great Location

Walking distance from downtown and the Green Flash Cafe next door made things convenient. Watching from the pool at sunset a momma humpback whale and her baby swim up the coast was icing on the cake.

Great Kona Condo

Loved our stay, only a couple issues with noise (to be expected in condo complex and being downstairs unit), and it is very bright so tough to sleep in. Nice pool, and easy walk to town.

Great stay in Kona

Spent three days at property. Location was good and enjoyed the view from the pool area. Condo had everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive. I would recommend. Mahalo for a great stay.
