The second full bathroom is conveniently located near Bedrooms 2–4 and includes a tub/shower combination.

The open-concept kitchen offers a breakfast bar with seating for 4, plus seating for 6+ at the farmhouse-style dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner, with dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware and bakeware provided.



The living room gives everyone a comfortable place to gather, with an oversized sectional, extra floor pillows, a 65-inch Roku Smart TV and electric fireplace. Just outside, the covered patio opens to more than 1,200 sq. ft. of paved outdoor space—perfect for relaxing, dining or enjoying a game of cards or dominoes together.

One of our favorite features of the farmhouse is all the room to enjoy the outdoors. Relax on the covered patio, soak in the private hot tub, gather around the propane fire pit or enjoy yard games with family and friends.



We're PET FRIENDLY, so your four-legged family members can come along, too! Please note that the yard is not fully fenced, so pets should be supervised while outside.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire farmhouse and all guest amenities.



FREE PARKING: Two carport spaces are located directly behind the home, with additional parking available in the driveway.



SHARED DRIVEWAY & DETACHED GARAGE: The driveway also provides access to a detached garage located toward the rear of the property, well away from the farmhouse. The garage is not part of the rental and may occasionally be accessed by the owners or property maintenance during your stay. An owner RV may also occasionally be parked near the garage.



Your privacy is important to us. We will not enter the farmhouse or interfere with your stay. We simply ask that the driveway leading to the detached garage remain clear at all times.



KEYLESS ENTRY: You'll receive a unique access code prior to check-in, making it easy for everyone in your party to come and go without keeping track of keys.



The Neighborhood:

Enjoy the relaxed, country feel of Green Cove Springs, where larger lots, mature trees and neighboring properties with chickens, goats, horses and other farm animals add to the area's charm.



The farmhouse is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Tucker Farmhouse wedding venue, making it an especially convenient stay for wedding guests and families attending events nearby.



Please note that railroad tracks are located approximately 1/2 mile from the property, and passing trains may occasionally be heard during your stay.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring Green Cove Springs and the surrounding area. The farmhouse offers plenty of convenient on-site parking, including a 2-car carport and additional driveway parking.



Attending an event at Tucker Farmhouse? You're in luck—it’s just a 2-minute walk from the property!



Please remember that the driveway is shared, and access to the detached garage must remain clear.



Other Things to Note:

A few important details to help ensure a comfortable stay:



• The primary booking guest must be 25 years of age or older.

• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.

• QUIET HOURS: 10 PM–8 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level at all times. During quiet hours, outdoor noise should be kept to an absolute minimum.

• PET FRIENDLY: We love welcoming four-legged family members! Please note that the yard is not fully fenced, so pets should be supervised while outside.

• HOT TUB & AMENITIES: Use of the hot tub and other provided amenities is at your own risk.

• SHARED DRIVEWAY & DETACHED GARAGE: The driveway also provides access to a detached garage located well behind the farmhouse. The garage is not included with the rental and may occasionally be accessed by the owners or property maintenance. Please keep access to the garage clear at all times.

• EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERA: An exterior security camera/doorbell is located at the back entrance and monitors the exterior entry area. There are no cameras inside the home.

• NO SMOKING inside the home.

• Railroad tracks are located approximately 1/2 mile from the property, and passing trains may occasionally be heard during your stay.
