Nice stay

The bedrooms could use some curtains to block out the light. The only other issue we had was how loud the main road was outside the property. If you are a light sleeper it may be a problem. I found that the host was very easy to reach and accommodating. Location is great

Duplex with Easy access to Bradenton

The Duplex was clean and easy access to Bradenton and the beaches. We stayed for Two months, and Brent was reactive to issues we had being their first renters at this location. We had a few minor issues with the WiFi which were quickly resolved. The area is very nice as advertised. We enjoyed going on walks at the Riverbank park. We used the Anne Maria Island beaches and a lot of restaurants including the Lazy Ballerina next door. Brent was kind enough to mail our excess mail to us as we were forwarding mail. The king size beds were comfortable and great for sleeping. I found the microwave/convection/air fryer worked out great for us, in combination with the cooktop. The guest using the apartment below were always friendly and considerate. Thanks to Brent and his wife we had a great stay.
