Large Flowerstreet54 apartment located in Matosinhos just aside from Porto's City Park and at 4km from EXPONOR - International Fair Center. And the Porto historic center is just 10 kilometers away. Please read this description until the end. It is very important to avoid misunderstandings.

This 3-bedroom apartment (2 bedrooms with queen-size beds and 1 with a double bed) is located on the border of Porto City and the charming coastal city of Matosinhos. It offers the best of both worlds, with easy access to the vibrant city of Porto and the beautiful beaches and coastline of Matosinhos.

The apartment is spacious and modern, with high ceilings and large windows that allow plenty of natural light to flood in. The living room is open and airy, with comfortable furniture and a flat-screen Smart TV with cable channels. High-speed Wireless internet.

A big kitchen and a 80 Square meter Living room where you can enjoy the Sea views and the City Park's gardens. Clean bath towels, Linen, and tableware are included, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, and all you need to prepare your own meals.

It is included in the price: bed linen, bath towels, and cleaning at the end of the stay. We do not supply Beach Towels. We can supply a baby cot for a baby (a baby up to a maximum age of 2 years, which can be the 7th person staying) at an extra cost of 8€ per night.

We do not supply cooking products such as salt, sugar, oil, and others, mainly for hygienic reasons. You can use the washing machine and dishwasher, but we do not provide the products for them. The apartment has an underground parking garage for 2 cars.

Just 15 minutes by car from the Airport and 7 minutes by car to Porto's city center. Lots of Restaurants and Bars in the area, and a Supermarket named Pingo Doce at 250 meters. The Beach is just 200 meters away with a well-known Surf Spot. The bus stops at the door, and line 500 will take you in 25 minutes to the historical center of Porto (near Ribeira) for 2€ per person. The bus trip to the historical center of Porto is very beautiful, first along the sea promenade and then along the Douro River. Metro is at 800 meters, which will take you to all areas of Porto, including the Main Train station (Campanhã) and Porto's Airport (Sá Carneiro).

The green lungs of the city. Parque da Cidade has 83 hectares of green areas, footpaths, and varied sports equipment, it is the largest park in Porto. It is a pleasant place with about 10 km of paths and rich and varied fauna and flora. In front of the apartment contemplate the installation that the locals call "Anémona", but the official name is "She Changes"

Finish your day eating a Francesinha in Edifício Transparente, watching local surfers, or visiting the Lota de Matosinhos and having some charcoal-grilled fish or some shellfish.

The Museum of Contemporary Art of Serralves, whose entrance is made through D. João de Castro Street, 210, is the most important museum in Porto and one of the best in the country.

It's important for guests to be aware of and respect the rules and regulations of the property they are staying in. We don't accept groups of friends younger than 30 years old and we don't allow parties in the apartment. We also don't accept groups of surfers because the apartment is not prepared to store the surfboards and it has a wooden floor that is scratched with the sand they bring from the beach.
