Explore urban living in this stylish 2 bed, 2 bath condominium. Take the elevator or stairs up on the fourth floor and immerse yourself in contemporary sophistication with an industrial flair. Relax on the communal rooftop, complemented by hot tubs. This condo provides all the necessary amenities for a cozy vacation and is conveniently located just a brief drive from downtown Traverse City and the acclaimed wineries of Old Mission Peninsula.



The Space:

This condo is located on the fourth floor. There are stairs for your use or a conveniently located elevator. Step inside to this brand new build condo featuring an open concept that is sure to suit all your needs during your stay. The spacious living room features a smart TV and a pullout couch. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, all the basic kitchen necessities, and a dinning room table to enjoy your favorite home cooked meals. Enjoy natural light throughout the entire space but feel free to close the curtains for more privacy. Both bedrooms hold a king sized bed and a smart TVs for your convenience.



*There is no cable, you will need to use your own personal login for any streaming services that you like and don't forget to sign out prior to your departure*



Located on the rooftop are four brand new hot tubs, up and ready to use. Be mindful that these hot tubs are for enjoyment by anyone staying in the entire building. We look forward to your stay!

Perfect for a girls weekend

We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the condo- everything was new and comfortable. The roof top hot tubs were absolutely amazing to enjoy. Great location and parking was very easy- we would stay there again.

Everything was great. I dropped my earbuds underneath the bathroom vanity and it was even clean under there! Very comfortable and close to wherever we wanted to go. There were hot tubs available each night and they were so relaxing. I'll come back here!

We loved our stay at the condo. It is short drive to the downtown and a short drive to the Mission Point wineries. The hot tub on the roof was very nice. The mattresses were great.

Cute and convenient stay!

The condo has cute and quirky decor that fit perfectly for our weekend getaway, The communication with the property manager was great, they were quick to answer any questions we may have. The location is very convenient, only about a 6 to 7 minute drive from downtown; with lots of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

Very responsive management team. Our only complaint was the door lock that was very problematic (to the point that we left the door ajar when we went out). We were told the owner would be contacted and the lock would be fixed. Very clean premises. Beds were most comfortable.
