Oceanfront studio condo on Las Gemelas Beach Fully remodeled.

On the beach, at Girasol Sur Condominium (north side of the building). Girasol Sur is located about 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Puerta Vallarta and just north of Mismaloya and Los Arcos. Restuarant at the condo with live music two nights a week during the high season, a small convivence store also at the condo for those last-minute and other essential items. Condo is equipped with 47inch tv, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster etc. Beach chairs and an umbrella for relaxing on the beach. Bus stop across the street from the Girasol Sur for a 15min bus ride into town.

Perfect stay in paradise

I had such a relaxing stay at Bill's condo. The unit is lovely - very clean and newly remodeled (the bathroom makes you feel like you're in a spa!), well equipped kitchen (I cooked a few meals while staying there), comfy bed and sofa, and incredible view of both the ocean and the north beach. You can sit out on the balcony and watch the sunset every evening! It was so convenient to have a great restaurant and store on site. Bill is very friendly and communicative - he made sure I had everything I needed and was easy to get a hold of if needed. I highly recommend staying here.

A Great PV Experience

The studio has been remodeled and is just as it shows in the photos. No surprises. The owners put a lot of thought into the remodel; the wood carpentry is beautiful, the breakfast bar is great, the kitchen is small but to be expected, the bed is a king and comfortable, their is great lighting and storage, the beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkel are nice amenities. The view is spectacular. This is our 4th stay in this condominium building and studio accommodation experience was the best by far.
