Awesome home located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach!! Just blocks from the ocean this recently updated home offers the best of beach living. Easy golf cart ride to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and fun.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *sleeps up to 10 guests.

*Pets are NOT Allowed!



The Space:

*3 bedrooms, 2 baths, great space.

*1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 2 twin beds and pullout sofa.



Downstairs:

-Living room

- Full kitchen

- 1st Bedroom with king bed and full bathroom



Upstairs:

- 2nd Bedroom with queen bed

- 3rd bedroom with queen bed, pullout sofa and 2 twin beds

- Shared Full bathroom

*Washer/ dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchens is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are NOT allowed

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

* Downstairs and upstairs have separate entrances on outside and connected inside via stairs.



Guest Access:

*The house is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free (3 parking spots available) please inform the host how many vehicles arriving



Other Things to Note:

*Please review my house rules.

*PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
