Good location

We did a quick one night stay at this condo for our last night in Destin. We typically stay in a larger condo complex closer to the harbor but wanted to see how this part of Destin was for future stays. Unfortunately this complex does not allow you to use the pool before the very strict 4pm check in. We checked out of our other condo at 10am and did some shopping during the day. Upon check in we could not find a pool key. My daughter was so disappointed to not be able to use the pool on the last day of vacation. The pool keys are old school and require an actual key to get in the gates. We also left early the next morning but the porch swing would have been great in the mornings and I think the view would have been really nice. The condo was nice and had a pocket door for the bunk bed area. The only issue I think we would've had for a longer stay was that there is only one bathroom. Pompano Joes is right across the street. This area seems a little younger and people tend to walk around more. I think it would be a fun area!

the stay wasn't what I thought it would be to be celebrating my 30th wedding anniversary the tenants damn was very loud play very loud music used loud profanity words could not sit out on the patio for they Behavior Delaney on the bed what's nasty and I have pictures of the bugs on the comforter call to complain left a message no one ever call me back will not stay with Summer Breeze 110 through newman-dailey again and will not recommend it to no one.

However, we are extremely disappointed it was not what you hoped it to be. Unfortunately, we do not rent out every rental at this location and have limited control on who stays in those properties. We encourage our guests to contact the police if they ever have unruly neighbors as they are the best to handle those situations. We audited our messages and did not locate one from you. However, we are very sorry we were not able to connect. Our offices are open 7 days a week and are always happy to assist guests with any issues to make their stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We hope you will provide us another opportunity to earn your loyalty.

Seemed clean when we got there although the sheets to the pull out bed from the couch had blood stains on them and the people above us stayed up all night and you can definitely hear every foot step through the ceiling at times it would shake the ceiling fan and pictures on the wall, didn’t sleep well the whole trip due to the people above us. Tv remote would not work in the bedroom and there is no overhead light which made it alittle dark... also had issues with the bathtub not draining while taking a shower.. not sure we will come back to this unit.

Our team is usually superior on finding and removing stained linens from our inventory. However, we are not infallible and have forwarded your review along to the Housekeeping Manager. We are sorry to hear you were disturbed by the upstairs neighbors. In the future, you may want to consider a townhouse or private vacation rental home. We are pleased to inform you all of your maintenance concerns were addressed and fixed. Thanks for your input, and we look forward to welcoming you back to the beach.

Dingy, dirty and uncomfortable

Rugs in living room, kitchen were filthy. Bedding was dirty and some of the pillows had blood stains. Wasn't a good weekend.

Comfortable condo, good view, great location

I don’t think you’ll find a better view without being directly on the beach. Kitchen was small but well stocked with cookware and utensils. Good restaurants nearby, including one directly across the street. Unit was comfortable and homey. Bed in the master bedroom was great. Bunks and sleeper sofa were fine. The kids complained about a lack of outlets near the bunk beds; they had to unplug a lamp in the living room and run a charging cable to their bunk to charge their devices. Speaking of which, this unit had really good, really fast internet. One drawback was a lack of a washer-dryer in the unit, but there was one downstairs. Would stay there again, no question!
