Enjoy your own private heated pool, firepit lounge, and a quick bike ride or 15-minute walk to the beach at this Jacksonville Beach home. With comfortable living spaces, a ping pong table for indoor fun, and a detached backyard sleeping space for added privacy, it’s perfect for families and groups looking for a relaxed coastal getaway. Professionally managed by Good Morning Rentals.

The home includes a 3-bedroom, 2-bath main house plus a detached backyard sleeping space. The detached sleeping space does not have a bathroom, and guests staying in this area will access the main house for restroom use.

- Private pool (pool heating available for $65/day with 72-hour notice)

- 5-minute bike ride / 15-minute walk to the beach

Sleeping layout
- Main house: 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens)
- Detached backyard sleeping space: 2 Queen beds
- Note: the detached sleeping space does not have a bathroom. Guests staying there will use the bathrooms inside the main house.
- 2 full bathrooms located in the main house

- Undisclosed pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of rent
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
- Primary renter must be 25+ and present for the duration of the stay
- Check-in: 4 PM
- Check-out: 10 AM
- All guests must be registered. Unapproved visitors or extra guests may result in eviction and loss of rent.

Great weekend getaway

Property was well maintained, clean and spacious. Josh was very responsive and a great host, answered all our questions in a timely manner. We will definitely be back!

Nice private stay

I think the only complaint we had was the hairs on the sheets and living room chairs, probably from pets. A very nice house with a private pool, Owner was extremely responsive to any needs or questions. Nice place inside fence to back in car, so much easier and nicer than a hotel!

Can’t wait to come back!

Had such a great time during our stay. Loved the house and everything about it! Very clean, well appointed, easy to get to, great location, and Justin was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my questions. A huge plus was the fact that it was so pet friendly, which is extremely important to me, as I won’t leave home without my two doggies. I was sad to have to leave, but we are excited to come back. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Superb

From beginning to end an amazing experience to say the least, beautiful location, quiet neighborhood, very well kept inside and out with everything a person would need, had a very minor issue the property owner was there before I could even hang up the phone. After many many vacation rental stays, the hospitality & professionalism of the owner, cleanliness, and overall experience tops the list from my personal experiences! 10/10 will stay again!

Head over heels!

Beautiful home! Modern and clean as a whistle. Very comfortable. Well stocked. Just a short bike ride (bikes in garage were awesome) to the beach. We were in constant contact with Justin. Great backyard. Close to every thing. We will be back.
