Immerse yourself in style at this centrally-located home in the walkable Mid-Town Neighborhood. Originally built in 1926, it has been meticulously renovated while preserving its original charm. Boasting 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and ample parking, the open-concept living area provides a serene ambiance. Enjoy unlimited access to the Level 2 EV charger. Conveniently situated just 0.6 miles from the beach and 1.0 mile from Downtown Ventura, it offers the perfect blend of comfort and accessibility.
THE SPACE
Welcome to our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven. The Primary Suite boasts a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while Bedroom #2 offers another king bed, and Bedroom #3 features a cozy queen bed. The second bathroom is equipped with a relaxing tub.
Our home's heart is its open-concept layout, seamlessly connecting the living room, dining area, and kitchen. You'll also find a beloved tiny library cherished by the neighborhood.
For our younger guests, we provide books, games, booster seat, pack-n-play, and children's dishware.
Pet lovers rejoice! We welcome dogs but kindly request advance notice. Unfortunately, no llamas allowed. Additionally, we offer EV charging with our Level 2 charger for eco-conscious travelers.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests enjoy full access to the entire house, except for a secondary closet within the primary suite. Additionally, they have access to a Level 2 EV charger for their convenience.
For added security, all exterior doors are equipped with digital locks. Guests will receive their unique access code, along with comprehensive check-in details, two days prior to their arrival for a seamless and secure experience.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We extend a warm welcome to our furry friends, with dogs being the only pets permitted. Guests are kindly requested to notify us in advance if they plan to travel with their canine companions. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, a Traveling Pet Fee will be charged approximately two weeks prior to arrival, based on the following criteria:
1 Dog (under 35 lbs): $25/night
1 Dog (over 35 lbs): $35/night
2 Dogs (any size): $50/night
We kindly remind pet owners that dogs are not allowed on any furniture or beds, and we appreciate their cooperation in cleaning up after their pets.

With Ventura's pleasant weather, walking is often the preferred mode of transportation, though ride-share apps offer easy accessibility. For those flying in, Santa Barbara Airport, a short 35-minute drive away, provides seamless access with its five gates and convenient facilities.
