Hi Kaylee, We are delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay in Chattanooga, We are sorry to hear that you experienced some pet hair, although we have had many guests rent this property for almost 3 years and have never had any guests complain of any pet hair? All of our properties are professionally cleaned prior to a guest arriving and a video is sent to us confirming everything is cleaned. We know there is always a chance a cleaner could have missed this but unlikely as the videos are checked carefully. We would appreciate you sending us proof of this maybe a picture or screen shot so we can share with our team, we would have of course been happy to have made this right if we had known during your arrival, but I guess it was not that bad or you may have notified us? This house is in one of the fastest growing areas in Chattanooga as it so close to Ruby Falls, Rock City and all the other main attractions it’s really gentrifying that’s why we purchase this house brand new last year, you will be surprised to see the transformation in just a short time from now as so many new huge developments are planned including a multimillion dollar new stadium, hotels and retail stores, it’s going to be great. Hi Jason, We want to thank you for being great guests and taking the time to give your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review also. An honest review is important for future guests, although we do feel that to say within the body of your review that future guest will be “in shock” by the Neighbourhood to be very harsh to be honest. We understand this area is going through a gentrification. There is a lot of brand new houses being built within the whole of Chattanooga as it is going through a big change. It is only approximately one mile from one of the most desirable neighborhoods Saint Elmos and guest that want to be just a few miles from Ruby Falls, Rock City etc, know that this is part of downtown living, the alternative is to stay a 20-30 minute drive in the suburbs. I think you will be very surprised to see a complete turn around in this neighborhood with even more new homes being built in the coming months and this is what makes the gentrification of Chattanooga so great and now becoming one of the fastest growing cities in Tennessee that has just exploded with improvements in the past few years.
