Property includes dedicated Rosemary Beach® community Beach Access via 9 Private Beach Walkovers. Beach chair service available for an additional cost through RBPOA Beach Service. Complimentary access to Rosemary Beach® Fitness and complimentary court time at Rosemary Beach® Racquet Club also included.

Named for the owner's two daughters, Carobella Cottage is a 2200+ square foot residence with a private courtyard pool and lush landscaping designed by renowned architect George Israel interior designer John Fernandez in the unique “Organic-Modern” style.

Carobella Cottage is a leisurely stroll down boardwalk F to the beach from the property's front door.

Return from the day at the beach and relax in a zen like courtyard with lush gardens, listen to water cascading in a PRIVATE POOL with an outdoor fireplace and terrace, or enjoy town views from the upstair decks with a WET BAR/MORNING KITCHEN. The first tower offers dining seating while the second tower offers a place for an afternoon nap or reading. In the winter, the pool can be heated to serve as a hot tub with bench seating.

The first floor offers a fabulous view from the living room to the pool terrace through a wall of glass. A large flat screen tv is also in the room to add to the enjoyment. The kitchen and dining areas are equipped for anyone who loves to cook or enjoys family gatherings and ordering in from one of the many restaurants steps away.

The first floor also includes a master bedroom with a flat screen tv, walk in closet, spacious bathroom with double shower head shower, and the bonus of a private outdoor shower. Be sure to sleep well with the sounds of the waterfall cascading into the pool just outside the window.

The second floor boosts two additional bedrooms. A master bedroom with private full bath and closet. A second bedroom with two twin beds that can double as kids' entertainment room with its flat screen tv and its own bathroom. In the hallway there is an additional set of bunk beds for added sleeping arrangements. Both bedrooms access the balcony on the front of the home with views of Rosemary. The washer and dryer are also conveniently located on the 2nd floor. Additionally, walk past the wetbar/morning kitchen with a small subzero refrigerator and enjoy the outdoor dining deck in the first tower or go up to the lounging tower complete with comfortable sofas.

Street parking only.

The home is centrally located within walking distance to the beach, the 4 Rosemary Beach pools, fitness center, tennis center, restaurants, spa, shops, bike shop, Sugar Shack, playgrounds and green spaces. A short drive away is Publix, Target, movie theaters and more shopping at Pier Park.

Great Rosemary Find

We've stayed in Rosemary Beach about 10 times and agreed this was the best location of any house we've rented - less than a block to town, straight/easy path to the beach and close to all pools. The small pool/hot tub out back was nice and the kids enjoyed having a little water at home when we weren't at the beach or the pool. House was clean, kitchen well stocked and easy for our family - would definitely recommend!

Great location, good home

This home is in a great location and has some cool features like the tower for the kids to play in. Its also in desperate need of updating. The pool has issues around the decking, the front door needs to be fixed (instead of leaving elaborate instructions, why not just fix?) the furniture needs to be updated/adjusted to accommodate seating for multiple people trying to be in the same room, master shower tile needs fixing, bedroom TV's need to be simpler to use. Like all homes in Rosemary, this is an expensive place to stay - in our opinion these things should be fixed/updated accordingly

We really enjoyed this house. It had everything we needed. The layout was perfect and the location was amazing! Walkable to all shops, pools and beach. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Was great location!! Needs some updating, but overall great time. The door handle is broken and extremely hard to get in and out. Needs repairing. We had a wonderful time as always!!!

Great House!

Our stay was awesome! We had a bit of trouble with the jets in the pool not working. Property manager was responsive and helpful. Such a fun house for kiddos. Easy walk to all the places we needed to go. We would definitely stay here again!

we LOVED staying here! location is great, and we loved having our morning coffee on the breezy roof deck. house is a bit outdated in design, but no big deal. love the large shower in the primary bedroom! parking situation was a bit confusing... there are 2 spots by the carriage house, but we were told to street park?? again, not a big deal... can't wait to return!!

California Cool in Rosemary

Loved this beach retreat home in Rosemary Beach. The decor is California contemporary with lots of colorful art and accent colors on cabinets and linens. The walkway to the beach walkover is straight out the door and the town square only 1 block away. Loved the patio, the outdoor decks and the well-stocked and organized kitchen. Owner gave us the heads-up to rent beach chairs two months in advance (thankfully!) and we would recommend making dinner reservations at the same time. We had a great stay!

Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable house. The house is so unique and well designed, we fell in love with new aspects of it every day. The layout was perfect. The location can't be beat. And the walkover was a joy to stroll down every day. The kids loved riding bikes everywhere. It was beautiful and we all had the best time. Thank you for sharing your amazing house with us!

Nice Outdoor area, good location, interesting but dated interior

We ultimately had a pretty nice week at the Carobella but don’t feel it was great value for the price. We have rented in Rosemary for many years and this is a very unique property with some issues. The fridge beeped every two minutes on our first night, the pool light was out and the toilet was broken. The first floor bedroom has a funky frosted glass window by the bed that lets in a good deal of outdoor light from the neighbors bright lights. I had to purchase a face mask to block the light to sleep. However the rest of the house is quite dark! There are track lights galore that don’t emit much light and really poor lighting in the kids room . Most of the shades in the upstairs of the house were broken. The 1/2 bath toilet on the first floor was not clean. We do appreciate the prompt response to almost all of our communicated issues. This property could really use a fresh coat of paint and new lighting. Pros: lovely and large outdoor space with a nice warm spool, good location, property has an artistic and architectural uniqueness, well stocked kitchen and nice maintenance man came promptly Cons: uncomfortable living room furniture with an odor, dirty bathroom and broken toilet upon arrival, dark and dated, wear and tear, lots of random things in the closets

Stunning Rosemary Home

This home was architecturally gorgeous, very modern. The pictures do not do it justice! The kids loved the 'treehouse' and the hot tub. The home was beautifully situated close to the stores, restaurants, and the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We will definitely stay at 'Carobella' again!

GREAT LOCATION

This home is in a great location and upon first entering we were very pleased. There is a beautiful and private outdoor area and we loved the porches and perched deck. We enjoyed some wonderful evenings on the 3rd story deck! Also, throughout the booking process, the owner was most helpful and provided some stellar suggestions with restaurants and activities. I wanted to give this property five stars but we had some issues. We did contact the property manager our first and second days there regarding non functioning stove top hood, light bulbs needing replacement, living room floor lamp that needed a new switch, non functioning drains in both both tubs to take a bath, and some window treatments that would not work. The management was responsive and the light bulbs were replaced but we choose not to have a plumber fix the tubs so we could take a bath during our stay and the hood was going to take some time. I did wish that the property manager or someone would have done a walk through before we got there so we were not the recipient of these issues. There was also a table lamp in living room with a wobbly shade/harp and we noticed that it was leaning against wall to stabilize it and the two twin mattresses in the guest bedroom "spill" down and were very uncomfortable for my daughter and granddaughter; however, at this point it was what it was and we were ready to just enjoy our vacation and time together which we did. We have some great cooks in our group that were very appreciative of a well-supplied kitchen. It is obvious that the owners must enjoy cooking as well. Other than a non functioning hood, we prepared some nice meals. This is such a beautifully designed home and the cool pendant and sconce lighting, tile work, wall art, nice linens, and stocked kitchen reflect such. The living room furnishings need tweaking. The living room has only one comfortable place to sit which was the low couch. The flat chaise in living room looked great but was hard and only for someone who liked to lay down, the two chrome living room chairs have cowhide like fabric where both seats were bunched up and hard. There were five of us and we all wanted to sit on the couch. We would book this home again if the above problems were addressed.

Absolutely wonderful!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect. A direct & 5 minute walk from the front door to the beach. A 2 minute walk to the square. The whole town is just charming. The house felt like home instantly. The beds are so comfortable! The decor is so unique and fun! The living room furniture could have been a bit more comfortable for my taste but still great! The courtyard and hot tub is amazing! We loved late night chats in the hot tub. We utilized all the balconies and the crows nest for meals and conversations. Truly, we loved everything about this place! We’ve already talked about our next vacation here :-)

Love the tower!

Very interesting home in Rosemary Beach. As another reviewer said, “just needs a little TLC”. The tower and balconies are amazing. The property owner was responsive, but sent the incorrect code for the beach services, which caused a delay in booking chairs and sent the check-in/out procedures to an incomplete email address. Neither is a huge deal, but I’ve had more seamless correspondence with owners in the past. Overall lovely stay in a lovely place!

Mardi Gras break

We had a nice get-a-way for Mardi Gras. Great location, easy beach access, and much fun with restaurants in walking distance. Will go back.
