Condo on Panama City beach

Property overall is on a great location. The unit we stayed at needs some major cleaning and refresh - repair, repainting. Property staff worked hard to clean and maintain all common areas.

Stunning!

Condo was perfect!! We’ve stayed at Grand Panama several times. This condo was one of the nicer ones. Only thing bad about the condo is the parking garage.

Beautiful Dog Friendly Unit

We had the best time. The unit was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had very comfortable beds. We decided to stay here due to our dog being able to come with us. We are so glad we did. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back. Our dog loved the stay as well. I highly recommend renting a golf cart and taking your dog to the dog park by the pier. You won’t regret it.

Great stay!

Room was nicely decorated and as pictured! Warren rentals made everything easy from booking to checking out. Loved that we were able to take our fur baby with us. Not complaining just making a suggestion to future stayers. There was 3 of us and only 3 wash clothes so we had to wash them everyday or buy more. So you may want to take extra along with you. There was an ironing board but no iron to be found so we used the dryer to unwrinkle our clothing. Definitely recommend the room, great views as well.

Great room. Ok facility.

Good stuff: The condo we were in was very comfortable. It was very roomy, had everything we needed and a great view of the beach. Having the store and the surf shop across the street came in handy a few times. The tiki bar was wonderful! We had a few drinks and ate dinner one night. The price was not bad compared to other two bedroom condos we looked at. And it was pet friendly so that was a bonus for us. Not so good stuff: The condo needs a good thorough cleaning to remove dust and grime from the places that aren’t cleaned on a regular basis (on top of the fridge, under end tables and the bed, base boards, etc.) No dead bolts on doors. The only lock on the front door is the code. This might not be a big deal to some, but it was not good for my anxiety at bed time. Also, the patio lock in the master bedroom was broken so it didn’t lock at all. The beach and pool were too crowded. With beach access being so small for so many units we were packed like sardines and had to wake up at 6:00 am to bring chairs and umbrellas down to secure a spot close to the shore. It appeared that only 3 out of the 6 available elevators were working. At one time we waited 15 minutes to get an elevator. This was the biggest complaint for us. The parking garage was not designed with large vehicles in mind. All in all, the price was not bad compared to other resorts so I guess a good rate was a trade off for the minor inconveniences.

Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of service pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf.

Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is $55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is $10.00 Motorcycle parking is $55.00. Trailer Parking is $55.00(only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.00 during registration. Only two parking passes are allowed per unit. Guests bringing a pet to a Pet Friendly unit must register the pet in guest registration system. Pet Sleeves are $50.00 per sleeve.
