We had an amazing time. This was our first family vacation since the birth of our grandson. Pepe was so welcoming and helpful, Mary kept the place immaculate and Danny prepared some of the best meals we've ever had. The property is beautiful and we saw whales, dolphins and turtles every day. Everyone had a great time and we hope to come back again soon.

We absolutely loved Casa Nautilus! The wildlife that we saw every single day was so exciting! I have to say that what made it the best aside from the comfortable beds was our staff, Pepe, Ernesto, and Mari! They felt like family by the end of our stay. The food was so wonderful! My entire family was able to stay and it was something I will never forget!

Best View in Puerto Vallarta

We enjoyed this beautiful Moroccan style home with its panoramic views of the ocean and mountains. The pool was our favorite place to congregate at the end of the day with the family. Maria was the best and kept everything organized and well stocked. I would definitely stay again in this beautiful home.

A wonderful experience

The villa was beautiful and exactly as described. Our group of 10 arrived at different times and Pepe and Jovana were ready. Dinner and snacks were great! We weren't prepared to eat at the villa every day but we did. The food was so delicious that we had breakfast and dinner each day (tamaleswere a big hit). Jovana prepared fish (ceviche and grilled) we caught and Pepe made us fabulous margaritas. We used the pool daily, enjoyed watching whales and rays from the balconies. A wonderful experience. Loved it!

Beautiful property

The house was as expected. It’s very beautiful and you can see so much sea life from the patios. We saw whales, manta rays and dolphins almost every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was great and all the beds were very comfortable. When we are staying there my twins celebrated their fifth birthday and the staff put together a little party. It was very cute and sweet. I will say the house is lacking some maintenance. There’s some missing tile and holes in screens and things like that. We also damaged a terra-cotta pot while we were there And replaced it. The owners of the house did not like our choice and made us return it and purchase something much larger and most likely more expensive than the original item. It was annoying but in the end worked out.

Beautiful Villa Excellent Staff

The Villa was beautiful. We slept with the glass doors open and listened to the sounds of the ocean. There was no need for the air conditioner at all. The only thing we disliked was that the one tv in the common are was only 32 inches. Very difficult for 8 of us to watch a movie on. However, I accidently knocked the tv over but I went Walmart and purchased a 50 inch as a replacement. The staff was attentive and accommodating. Pepe was our everything - bartender, coordinator, translator, Everything!Angeles was great as well. She is an excellent cook with a beautiful smile and personality.I'm sorry that I dont remember the housekeepers name, but she was nice as well. She kept the place very clean.

Puerto Vallarta house

Nice house First time of having a chef and a great helper. Food was awesome. Pool is very small but worst memory were the beds are so hard that we did not look forward to going to sleep. Location of house is over 30 minutes to town. Owner did not get back to us regarding tipping of daily housekeeper which really was not needed, yet we were expected to tip her also. Being on the ocean was enjoyable. No access and no beach, but very relaxing The customs at airport was a very negative start. Took over 2 hours with no fans or drinking water. Rediculous enough that we probably will not come to that airport ever again.

The villa is lovely and is right above the Pacific with waves crashing on the boulders beneath the house. The staff at the house is wonderful! They are very accommodating and easy to work with. All of the bedrooms are comfortable and have an ocean view. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Vacation!

On arrival this place was amazing. It was exactly as it was in the photos. The views were gorgeous from any point in the house. When we arrived the staff was gracious and greeted us with some fresh chips and dips and drinks of our choice. Throughout the trip the house was kept tidy and clean at all times and we were all well taken care of by all members of staff. The house was outside of the city proper and very jungly which was great as that is what we were looking for. There was a lovely beach about a 15min walk from the house that had everything you needed. Overall this was an unforgettable trip and I would 100% stay here again.

Family trip

We stayed 4 nights with our four adult children and friends. The house is fabulous. It is very special and unique. Each bedroom has lots of room, it’s own bathroom and a balcony with a spectacular view. The staff was very helpful keeping the house clean and keeping us fed. It was great not having to shop for groceries or prepare meals. The only drawback of this house is the distance into town and to the marina.

Wow!

All I can say about this property is wow! The house is beautiful and charming and the fact that every bedroom and the main living room have amazing views of the ocean made it even better. The staff was so kind and accommodating, I do not have enough good things to say about them! Every meal was extremely delicious and Abel’s margaritas are the best I have had. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Family trip to Mexico

The villa is really a unique property and a great place to vacation. The staff pamper and take wonderful care of you. The views are out of this world and we watched whales everyday. It was fun to be a little outside Puerto Vallarta, but close enough to go in for the day too.

Wish we could have stayed longer...

Our stay at Casa Nautilus was beyond amazing! The listing is as it appears in the photos... just beautiful! The villa is very clean and spacious, and the staff took care of our every need. The meals prepared by the chef were delicious and Abel kept us supplied with food and drinks, made recommendations for restaurants and also arranged transportation when needed. We also utilized the in-house spa services, which were awesome! I can't say enough about this place or the staff...it was truly beyond b our expectations. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home!

The home and staff were amazing! The food was top tier the whole stay! Only feed back is, it’s a far ways from la zona romantica/ El Malecon. It’s hard to catch Ubers and taxis because of the remote location.

Great stay!

We had a group of 7 people stay at Casa Nautilus and 13 people stay next door at Mis Rocas. The houses were super close - very walkable! The rooms were clean, good food, and amazing views. Definitely recommend!!

Abel, Ramon & Maria!!!

Came here for a buddies bachelor party and we had a great time. Abel made sure we always had beers in our hands and tequila shots on deck, Ramon fed us some amazing breakfast & dinners and Maria kept the place immaculate. Plenty of space for a large crew. And listening to the waves all night as we finally got some rest was great. Recommendations!!! I woulda loved a grill outside by the pool for maybe some burgers and dogs during the day, and possibly a firepit outside to enjoy the chilly nights. Everything else was cooool! Maybe will come back 🤔🤔

Great location, awesome staff

The location looks exactly like the pictures on the web. When you walk into Casa Nautilus, you are blown away by the views. We loved that all of the rooms were spacious and had their own bathrooms. Ramon, Abel, and Mari took amazing care of us.

Breathtaking views!

Our goal was to rest and relax and that is exactly what we did at Casa Nautilus. The rooms all have views of the ocean and the sound of the waves crashing below is serene. We utilized chef Ramone for several dinners. We recommend the stuffed chicken breast, fajitas and lasagna. Abel helped get us reservations and a taxi as well as keep us well equipped with margaritas and drinks. One thing to note is the staff stays on site for the duration of the day. The location is great, but walking to the Oxxo down the street is treacherous so if you don’t rent a car you need a taxi to go anywhere. Part of the pool gets afternoon sun, but during March it was a little cool. We brought games to play which was great bc there isn’t much else to do besides swim or read. It’s a very unique property and our family enjoyed our stay very much.

The property description and the other reviews were all very representative of the property. We had 4 great nights. The staff included Brandon, Ramon, and Maria whom were all really, really great. Our taxis struggled with the driveway, but we managed.

Villa Marbella Family Vacation

Upon arrival we were greeted by the villa staff who were very warm and friendly. We were offered drinks and given a tour of the property. The view coming through the main door was incredible. During our stay we felt safe and well taken care of. We were able to see many whales from the balconies and had a fireworks show almost every night. The only concern would be that there are a lot of stairs between all the floors so mobility maybe an issue for older guest. We had a blast an would stay here again without a second thought.

Once In A Lifetime

Casa Nautilus is incredibly beautiful. We were well cared for by a very professional and hardworking team. The house was kept spotless by Mary, Andre saw to our every need, including arranging transportation and excursions, and Ramone prepared amazing dishes every time. We saw whales from our balconies every day, as well as sea turtles, fish and a huge ray. This was a once in a lifetime experience for my family and we are all so glad we choose Casa Nautilus.

Gorgeous views and absolutely amazing staff

When we booked this vacation, our goal was “relaxing” and this definitely gave us what we were looking for. Brandon, Ramon, and Maria were seriously the most amazing staff, and truly made our trip one that we will talk about for years. Brandon helped us out with all of our needs, bookings, day excursions, as well as making sure we always had a delicious margarita. Roman made the most amazing food! Things to note, the house is on a cliff (which makes for amazing views) but also means a lot of stairs. So be mindful if you have anyone that may have issues going up and down stairs. The pool and pool deck is completely in the shade. We were okay with this because our kids could go in and out of the pool all day with out any sunscreen. If you wanted to sunbathe that would have to happen on the top deck. The beach is about a 5 min taxi ride away. We only went one day because it was just too much to deal with all of us + the kids. But the pool was kept perfectly heated and we loved just staring out at the ocean. We saw whales, turtles, manta rays (jumping out of the water!) and SO many fish! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
