This newly renovated and well-located villa lets you experience peaceful island living at its best! Relax in this spacious second floor unit as you enjoy golf views framed by grand oaks and Spanish moss from your deck or windows overlooking the 8th tee of Ocean Winds Golf Course. Experience the privacy and luxury of Seabrook's wide, pristine beaches located just minutes away within easy walking or biking distance.
From the updated kitchen with new appliances (September 2023), to the luxury vinyl floors throughout; this townhouse villa features all the amenities. You'll find the conveniences of home including a Keurig, in the light-filled, galley kitchen. The dining area comfortably seats 4, or add the table leaf to seat 6. Elegant and comfortable describes the spacious floor plan with vaulted ceilings and large windows. After a day of fun and activity, relax in the great room and enjoy your favorite channels or streaming services on a 43" SmartTV. The great room sofa (new in September 2023) opens to a Queen sleeper with Tempur-Pedic mattress. Sliding doors lead out to the 30' deck where you can watch golfers, read a book, or use the grill. Dine at the outdoor table or catch a cat nap on the chaise lounge.
At the end of the day retreat to the expansive, primary bedroom. Here you will dream peacefully on the King Tempur-Pedic Mattress (September 2023). Highlights of the master suite include a 43" Smart TV, work desk & chair, a large sleeper chair, and access to the villa's full-length deck. An adjoining spa-like bath features lots of storage and a tiled shower/tub with spa shower head. The master suite has access to the utility room with the new GE stacked washer and dryer. In the alcove, hang the day's beach bags and hats on the coat hooks and store sandals under the bench seat. An additional full hall bath with shower can be found off the living room. This bathroom's vanity is ADA accessible. 2 folding beach chairs with shoulder straps are provided, easily carried on the short bike ride to the beach. NO PETS ALLOWED
This property includes access to Club amenities. Amenity cards are valued at $300/week. These cards are required for use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf, and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night up to 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can use the vehicle to come/go on Seabrook Island.
Visit Bohicket Marina or Freshfields Village for shopping, dining, or grocery shopping. On nearby Kiawah Island, you will find world class dining at the Sanctuary, public golf courses, tennis, and Beachwalker County Park. All this conveniently located just 23 miles from the beautiful, historic city of Charleston.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee (60 days required for some larger homes).
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
