Amazing Views is a perfect name for this townhome. Watch the sunrise from the east-facing decks and watch it set from the western decks. Can also see the historical lighthouse from the western decks. (Pro tip: bring your binoculars.) If you want to take the fur babies to the beach, it's got to be Fort Morgan Beach, and Ft. Morgan Townhomes has the absolute best beach access on the peninsula. No shoes needed. Covered parking for two was nice, and having a great host like Jason was a huge plus.

Being an Alabama native I have been coming to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach since the 80’s. This was the first I booked a condo in Ft .Morgan but it won’t be the last. I think we found the perfect beach spot. The location of the condo & view from each floor was perfect for us because we wanted something quieter away from the traffic & busy beaches of Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. Check in was very easy & host was quick to respond. We didn’t use the pool but it’s conveniently located.

Very good access to the beach & right next to the pool. Had everything we needed. No shortage of towels, paper towels or toilet paper. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Very nice location with super easy beach access. Check-in was easy and very clear communication from the manager. The apartment just really needs a good cleaning. The throw pillows are stained as was one of the mattresses which didn’t have a mattress pad. Little things like the rugs in the bathrooms and kitchens and the placemats were dirty – not very appealing. With a deep clean and some repairs it would certainly be a gem!

Great location needs some TLC

Owner was responsive and everything was great. Property needs some repairs, dishes, and TLC. Felt a little more like a rental than a dream vacation. Needs some TLC and sprucing up.

Great Location, beachfront house feel

Even though its not a beach front house, we said many times how it felt like we were even closer than a beach front house. A few steps over the dunes from the carport and you are there. Great little place. And pet friendly, uncrowded beaches can't be beat.No issues with anything during our stay. Great decor. A/C kept the house comfortable all day and night. Would stay again.

Long Weekend Getaway

The location and proximity to the beach was great. The townhome is an older home so some upgrades are needed (washer/dryer, etc.). I felt like the home was lacking in some areas of being stocked (blow dryer) and the cleanliness was lacking for sure.

Spring Break Memories

We were nervous about our 1st trip during Spring Break because we are normally Fall Break Beach people. However, it was perfect for our 1st time! The location was spot on to the beach! There were plenty of beach toys & chairs that were an added bonus to use. The house was well stocked with what our family needed for our trip! We absolutely loved making memories here! Book the trip and make memories!

Was an okay stay.

The location is great. Check-in and out was easy. The cleanliness was very lacking. My husband sat on the couch in black pants and had dog hair all over them. We had to vacuum the furniture, I swept and mopped the whole townhome (enough dog hair to make a puppy!), washed the sliding doors to the balcony bc you couldnt see out of them, and had to empty the dishwasher from the last guests. It made me wonder if the sheets were clean even though the beds were made. Overall our stay was good but probably wouldnt stay in this townhome again.

Beautiful view, great layout!

We loved this property! Great location, layout and view. It was so nice being able to watch the sun rise and set from one of the four balcony’and being able to watch sunrises AND sunsets right from the balcony. The layout was perfect!

Winter Beach Getaway

Great views and steps away from the beach. Unit is dog friendly as is Fort Morgan beach. Pictures accurate with good owner communication.

Great proximity to the beach

I do not feel that the pictures or reviews relay a clear image of this property. It is a very short walk to the beach, this was the only real perk of staying here. The property was clean when we arrived , no bugs or dust bunnies but it does smell musty like mold or water damage . There was sand on the floor of every room when we arrived but that can be expected. The view from the balcony and living room is fantastic but if you sit on the balcony furniture the height of it leaves with you with a view of the balcony railing only. Pots and pans were sparse & low quality, scratched non-stick surfaces that left me uncomfortable using them to cook for my family. The pull out sofa bed is not level and has dips and humps, I would not count that as a sleeping space for anyone. Everything else was in working order, we certainly appreciated that. This is an old property which has been repaired many times and often poorly. Cracked and loose tiles, poor sheetrock and ceiling repairs, messy caulking, cheap fixes & overlooked details abound. Even with its age a little bit of effort and small cost in amenities would make this stay more comfortable. The pictures portray a condo that is bright white and fresh, this is not the case but it is clean, functional and very close to the beach. Overall we did enjoy our stay but had we been accurately informed would have chosen a nicer place for our daughter's 18th birthday celebration. stupid..theabundant.

Loved the property distance to my chair!

love this area so much - the distance from the condo to my chair was fabulous. The unit itself is showing wear (needs paint, some minor repairs, etc) but I realize this is part of dealing with the humid, salty environment and being a pet-friendly facility. Would definitely stay here again - THANK YOU!!
