Simplicity is in a great location and is a cozy home base to explore the area. Most everything is closed on Sunday. We were there for a trip down the coast.

Our stay in the tiny home in Rockland was great! The home is very clean and well equipped. It’s very comfortable and tidy. The home is located on a quiet dead end street, and it is very convenient to downtown. Highly recommend!

Nice find

This tiny house is very sweet and clean, and well worth what you get. It’s out of downtown but an easy short drive in. The bed was very comfortable. Rockland is a nice resort town to visit.

Exactly as described, clean and easy entry. Super close to a park which was great for my little one before heading to the ferry. Great host communication and quick responses. Also helped us find and recover our kiddo's blanky that we left behind!

The house was excellent. It was our only time in a tiny house. There is limited clothing storage. The bed is against the wall so the person sleeping there has to wake the other person during the night for a restroom trip. One has to slide the kitchen table away from the wall to use it comfortably. Those are the only negatives we had. Certainly not a big deal. All appliances that we used worked as expected. The location was great for the Rockland Lobster festival. That was the major reason for picking Rockland to stay. The two restaurants that we dined at are in walking distance and very good as well.

If you are interested in trying out Tiny House living, this is perfect. Beautiful neighborhood and a brand new Tiny House all to yourself. It is a VERY nice house - excellent first experience for us. Short drive to town and restaurants. Highly recommended if you want a small, bright, new place to stay.
