Vehicle Maximum: 1 (includes golf carts, trailers, recreational vehicles, etc.)
Dog Friendly with Restrictions: 1 dog, max 20lbs (cats and other animals are NOT permitted)
Spring Break/Holy Week Restrictions: All guests must be 21+ unless part of an immediate family group.
Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week.
➡️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: Florence I building will be undergoing exterior repairs from October 20th through late November 2025 (with possible extension into December). During this time the pool area will be closed. Guests may experience construction noise, scaffolding, and limited balcony views from the balcony. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while these necessary improvements are completed. ⬅️

This spacious one-bedroom beachfront condo offers a stunning view of the ocean right from the living/dining room. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the separate living area includes a cozy nook with two twin beds, ideal for families or small groups of friends. Guests will enjoy the serene sound of waves and breathtaking sunrises from the private balcony! The fully equipped kitchen and modern amenities make your stay comfortable and convenient. The pool area is located on the first floor and offers guests a lounging area, hot tub, and beautiful pool to cool off!

The condominium complex also offers an onsite laundry facility for your convenience and is located within walking distance to many local shops, restaurants and entertainment venues!

Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
