Great place to stay - will be back.

The unit was very clean and pleasant. Communication with owner was super easy and they responded quickly. I will definitely keep my eyes on this listing for next year.

The host communicated well and was responsive and the rooms were not dirty, but the place left a lot to be desired. The furniture was shabby and the cushions smelled. Most of the plugs were not 3 pronged and some were loose. The twin beds did not have box springs and were very low to the ground. The queen bed in one of the rooms was broken on one side, so you rolled off the bed all night. There were no instructions for the WiFi network except the password so we had to wait for the response from the host before we could hook up to it. It was close to the beach which was a plus. The mini splits worked well. We have stayed at several places while visiting Hampton Beach in the past and unfortunately this place was not one of our favorites.

Rooms were good, beds were comfortable.floor needed a sweeping and moping when we arrived.there are 2 grills - one didnt work at all, the other only partially worked.outlets in bedrooms need to be replaced as whatever you plugged in - fell out.

Absolutely perfect!! Steps away from the beach!!! Very clean. Spacious. Bedrooms are a decent size. Kitchen and living space are roomier than pictured. Only downside was the outlets in the bedrooms were not good. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!! I can’t wait to go back !!
