Location, location, location. What a beautiful place. The host was helpful, the garage was deep (we were able to park our van without trouble).

Labor Day week

My now wife and I got married 9/4 and we were looking for a place to stay with all of our immediate family. This place was able to room all of us and we had a couple extra beds. Plenty of room and plenty of space. The beach access was awesome!

Great for large family. We took both top and bottom of house. Kitchen had almost everything you would need. Bedrooms were very roomy with great closet space if needed. Very clean, loved having an extra fridge in the garage along with extra beach chairs and boards. View and beach were amazing. We had nine G-kids with us they loved walking down to the rocks and looking from crabs.We just had to make sure the kids showered off down the side - walkway and not on the patio as the drains did not work and we ended up with a large puddle of water in the middle of the patio. Also, the roof top is not accessible.

This is a great beach house with a great location. We have been coming to Newport for many years and needed a larger house as our family has grown. This was the perfect size. The rooms are bigger than we have had in the past. We were nervous about the location as we usually have stayed near 42nd street but boy was it great. It seems to be further displaced from the rif raf of the pier. Not a lot of rentals near us mostly only owners that we met. The beach is so much closer at this 63rd street location than down near 42nd or even down by the balboa pier. Our little kids could just go to the house for a snack or bathroom by themselves and we could watch them easily from the edge of the water. So many bathrooms were a plus. The wood floors were great so we didn’t have the gross carpet as we have had in the past. There was a lock on one door broken and the hose spigot was leaking we called management and they were out to fix it within an hour. They gave us a great supply of detergents, TP and garbage sacks. I brought 1 extra roll of paper towels and we needed even one more additional. The beds were comfy and linens were great. The garage was low but our Sienna van fit perfect and we were able to fit all 12 bikes behind it for easy access. 20th street bikes just delivered then the first day and picked them up the last. When we come to Newport again we will for sure stay at this home.
