Safety & Security: For your safety and peace of mind, there are security cameras at the front door and facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home. Additionally, we have Noise Monitors on the exterior of the property to measure decibel levels and ensure there are no parties. These devices do not record any conversations, just the noise levels.

City Ordinances: All Scottsdale city ordinances apply during your stay, including the short-term rental occupancy limits. Please be mindful of the noise ordinance in Scottsdale, which is in effect from 10 PM to 6 AM.

Landscaping & Pool Maintenance: The property is serviced by landscaping and pool maintenance 1-2 times per week. We cannot guarantee the specific day or time of arrival, but rest assured, everything will be taken care of.

Respect the Neighbors: We ask that you respect our wonderful neighbors by keeping the area quiet and peaceful. Please keep music by the pool at respectful levels and avoid hosting parties during your stay.

Pool Equipment: Please do not touch or adjust any of the pool equipment. Our staff ensures the pool stays in perfect condition for your enjoyment. Any damage to pool equipment will result in a minimum $500 fee. If you have any concerns or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help!

Late Checkout: A $100 late checkout fee will be applied if guests are still at the property more than 30 minutes after the agreed checkout time.

Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the property. If pets are brought to the property, a $350 pet fee will be charged.

Parking: Up to 4 cars are allowed to park at the property. Please ensure that you park in designated spaces to avoid any inconvenience.

Pool Heating: If you opt for pool heating, it will be set to 80 degrees. The pool heating is available for $100/day (please note the minimum requirement is for the full stay).

Guest Requirements: Prior to check-in, we require a photo ID to be submitted and the guest agreement to be signed to ensure a smooth and secure check-in process.
