Welcome to the That's Just Beachy PCB studio condo on the beach.

With a fantastic view of the beach and the pool, it is located on the 7th floor of a quiet, easy-in-and-out complex on Thomas Drive. The condo is completely updated and features 2 new queen beds, dining space, a loveseat, two Smart TVs, a clothing armoire, a kitchen that offers all appliances, a bunk bed nook, and a floor to ceiling window for gorgeous views, and a bay window that opens (NO PRIVATE BALCONY). We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products like tp, paper towels, and trash bags. (Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.)

There are no private balconies at this resort but every floor offers a large, communal balcony with comfy chairs to enjoy. And when you're ready to head out each day, we offer *COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE* - enjoy two chairs and an umbrella every day of your stay (March-October).

In the highly desireable Thomas Drive area, Top of the Gulf is one of the best-maintained complexes offering all the beachside amenities you want to complement your vacation. Top of the Gulf is walking distance (just a couple hundred yards down the beach) to the brand new Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, opening Feb 2026.

The grounds and landscaping at TOTG are gorgeous and the pool is stunning with a fun, oversized Adirondack chair and large swing alongside. A kids' pool is ideal for little ones, and ample pool chairs are available. Check out the shuffleboard court and cornhole boards for games in the sun or an inside game room that is newly remodeled gets you away from the heat. There is a fitness room with new equipment on property as well.

Laundry facilities (coin or card) are located throughout the complex, and each floor features a large communal balcony with guest seating to soak up the view and the breeze.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $200 damage deposit hold (not a charge) placed on a credit/debit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. A $30 fee is required by the Resort to be paid upon arrival. Guaranteed parking for one car; a second is possible depending on occupancy of the resort during your travel dates (highly unlikely in the summer) or there is a pay lot 1-2 miles away. The maximum guests allowed in the condo is 4. No pets, ESA, or visitors allowed.
