Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom townhouse during their stay. This includes the private patio, which offers serene views of the surrounding nature.

Your stay also includes access to fantastic community amenities:
* Two large resort-style community pools (one is heated seasonally).
* Two complimentary bikes to explore the scenic paths of 30A.

Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles (2 in the driveway and 1 in the garage).

We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful and seamless stay. While we respect your privacy, our team is available via the guest portal or phone should you need any assistance or have questions during your visit. We will not be present at the property unless required.

* Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* Reservation Confirmation: After booking, you will receive a link to our Guest Portal. You MUST complete your reservation confirmation, provide guest information, upload a photo of you holding your ID, and agree to our terms within 72 hours. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
* Rosemary Beach Access: Please note that while this townhome has a Rosemary Beach address, guests do NOT have access to the private Rosemary Beach community facilities or beach accesses.
* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies (paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, hand soap). Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items needed for their stay.
* Area Construction: Construction is ongoing throughout the 30A area. We cannot be held responsible for any noise or inconvenience related to nearby construction.
* Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX. We do not accept wire transfers or checks.

Driving Directions:

From Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) – Approx. 35 minutes
Exit the airport and take FL-388 W to FL-79 S.
Turn left onto US-98 E and continue for about 15 miles.
Turn right onto S Watersound Parkway, then left onto Scenic Highway 30A.
Drive about 2 miles, then turn left into Prominence 30A. Follow E. Milestone Drive to the property.

From Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) – Approx. 1 hour
Take FL-85 S to US-98 E.
Continue on US-98 E for about 40 miles.
Turn right onto S Watersound Parkway, then left onto Scenic Highway 30A.
Drive about 2 miles, then turn left into Prominence 30A. Follow E. Milestone Drive to the property.
