Mainsail is a 15 acre property with 700 ft of deeded beach access for residents and guests only. Perfectly located near shopping, dining, golf courses, and entertainment. The resort has a large main swimming pool and hot tub as well as a second pool at the north end of the property. Townhome 1 is located between the two pools. There is a fitness center steps away from the townhome by the south pool. The beach is a 2-3 minute walk from your door and you never have to wait on an elevator. The 1800 sq ft townhome has a main floor king master suite plus another main floor full bath, a spacious second floor king suite as well as a queen suite. The fourth bedroom upstairs has a full-size bed and closet and drawer space steps away. The hallway bunks on the second floor are perfect for the kids at 5 ft long.
